GDP123 Twinkle Little Star

So glad for this theme challenge since I needed to 

make a baby card for a friend in my Bible study.  

This made me get it done!

I used the Moon Baby stamp set and stamped the 

images in Memento Tuxedo Black on Whisper White.

I washed a little Powder pink ink around the baby/moon.

I then used my water color pencils to color the moon, baby

clothes and baby face. 

I added a small punched glimmer gold star for bling.

I layered the images on a piece of Melon Mambo and then layered it

over the star embossed piece of Powder Pink.

 The base is thick Whisper White card stock.

I added the Powder Pink ribbon to finish it off.
