A Floral Blessing

I do not know the name of this fun fold so I will call it a tuxedo fold! I got the idea from my friend and fellow demo Brian King over at stampwithbrian.com  I have a white base cut 5 1/2" by 11". I scored on the long side at 3 3/4" and 8". I cut the corners to make the shape on both side. I cut then a piece of the SAB free DSP called Bloom Impressions at 3 1/4" by 5 1/2" and after adding to the right panel I snipped away the top and bottom edges. I then stamped the floral image from the Mixed Florals stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on white card stock and colored with my Stampin Blends in Fresh Fressia, Granny Apple Green, Rich Razzleberry and Daffodil Delight. I cut it out with the matching dies. I also cut the white Stylish Shape circle and the Fresh Freesia Spotlight On Nature detailed circle die. I stamped in Black ink the sentiment from the unbounded Love stamp set. I finished off with some free SAB sequin called Purple adhesive-basked sequin in Fresh Freesia.
Hope you have a blessed weekend and thanks for stopping by!

PP723 My Heart

I thought I would use the Heart Shaped bundle again for Ann's theme challenge of Love Is In The Air this week over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com  This time I wanted to layer the two die cut hearts in a butterfly kind of shape. I did cut the white card stock background and stamped the heart from the stamp set in Bubble Bath ink a few times and then layered the two Real Red die cuts on top plus some Bubble Bath flowers. I have Real Red rhinestones in the centers. I stamped the sentiment in Real Red ink on a Bubble Bath label cut from same dies. I added some Real Red card stock to the white piece and layered on the Lighter Than Air DSP piece in Bubble Bath and the white base.
Hope you have a beautiful week and thanks for stopping by!

Tulips On My Mind

I am loving these tulips from the Mixed Florals stamp set. I have a Bubble Bath base and cut a white background with my Stitched Rectangle dies. I stamped the image in memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with my Stampin Blends markers. I used light and dark Bubble Bath, light and dark Pool Party and light and dark Granny Apple Green. I stamped the sentiment in black ink from the Mixed labels stamp set on the Bubble Bath label cut with the Mixed Labels dies. I wrapped some Bubble Bath ribbon around before attaching my label. I added some blooming pearls in pink to finish it off.
Hope you have a lovely day and thanks for stopping by!

Happy Spring In A Teacup

I am really liking the Basic Beige card stock from SU!   Here I have a base and another piece of that card stock ran through the Eyelet embossing folder. I cut the frame from Storybook Friends dies as well in Beige and for the center piece I blended some Pretty In Pink ink with my blending brush. I used the sweet cupped mouse which is already cut from the Storybook Moments DSP in the center and added flowers and leaves cut from the Heart Shaped dies and Country flowers dies in Pretty In Pink, Soft Sea Foam and Old Olive card stocks. I stamped the sentiment from the Storybook Friends set in Pecan Pie ink on a Beige label cut with the Unbounded Love dies and a few antique pearls finished it off.
Wishing you a beautiful week and thanks for stopping by!

Paper Pumpkin Valentines

Using my Paper Pumkin kit for January 2025 called Hearts For You, I added some other elements like the cute dies from the SAB free dies called Heart Shaped dies. I also changed up some of the layers from the original designs in the kit.
Hope you are celebrating love this week and thanks for stopping by!

Easter Greetings

I was determined to use these two Meer cat looking friends from the Storybook Moments DSP pre cut pack. I also used the piece that looks like ground behind their feet. I have a Old Olive base and a piece of the Timeless Plaid DSP cut with the Stitched Rectangle dies. I then cut a white die with them also to blend some Old Olive ink to the bottom with my blending brush. The top have a lightly blended some Crumb Cake ink and then used the stone brick wall stamp from the Storybook Friends set stamped off in Crumb Cake. I stamped the sentiment from the same set in Old Olive ink on the Basic Beige label cut from the Mixed labels dies. These two characters seemed to be dressed for Easter Sunday!
I finished off with some antique pearls. Yes, I think I will need to buy more of the pearls! Love them!
Have a sweet weekend and thanks for stopping by!

Hello Bunny

This is my favorite card that I have made with the Storybook Friends collection! I have a white base and a piece of Balmy Blue card stock with a layer of the Timeless Plaid DSP on top. I then used my Stitched Rectangle dies to cut a Balmy Blue and a white one. On the white, I blended both Balmy Blue and Old Olive inks with my blending brushes for the background. I then added the fence and butterfly precut from the DSP called Storybook Moments and I cut with the matching dies the two bunnies from another piece of that DSP. I then stamped the sentiment from the Storybook friends set in Balmy Blue ink on the white label cut from the Mixed Labels dies. I finished off wit the antique pearls.
Hope you have a fab day and thanks for stopping by!
