Crane Well-Wishes

There are some pretty elements in the Crane Of Fortune bundle and I tried to use several on the lovely card for classes this week. I started with a Soft Succulent base and added a panel of Flirty Flamingo card stock. I cut a white panel and stamped the sentiment in the bottom left in Evening Evergreen ink from the Crane of Fortune set. I stamped the large floral stem in Flirty Flamingo ink above and without reinking I stamped it again on bottom right. It gave a little texture there in the background. I stamped my crane on a piece of white card stock and cut it out with the matching dies called Good Fortune dies. I also used those dies to cut the Evening Evergreen stems for behind my crane. There are a few polished dots to around to finish it off.
Hope your day is filled with good fortune and thanks for stopping by!

A Relaxing Day By The Ocean

I wish I was wherever this is right now! It reminds me of where we stay on Sanibel Island FL and we will be there in June! Can't wait! I used the Oceanfront set and the On The Horizon set along with the Horizon dies to make a relaxing card for classes next week. I started with the Sahara Sand base and cut another piece of the same color to emboss with the Tasteful Textile embossing folder. I cut a white panel to stamp my Mango Melody sky and Coastal Cabana water plus Sahara Sand sand on from the Oceanfront set. I also used the sea grass stamp from that set in Mmento Tuxedo Black. I grabbed the birds from the On The Horizon set and stamped them in the same Black ink. I stamped the sentinent from that set in Black ink on a white piece of card stock and punched it out with the Double Oval punch. To finish it off, I cut the two white fences from the Horizon dies and used some Pebbles shapes in front of the fence.
I hope your weekend is relaxing and thanks for stopping by!

Thinking Of Tulip Fields

I just had to make a card like in the spring catty page 14 with the Tulip Fields bundle for my first class card for March card classes. I used a Petal Pink base and then cut a piece of white card stock 3 1/2" by 5 1/2". I stamped on the white card stock first with the tulips in Petal Pink ink from the Tulip Fields set then added the rows of Highland Heather and Daffodil Delight. I then belnded on Balmy Blue ink with my blending brush at the top. I stamped a few clouds in that same color ink. On another piece of white card stock, I stamped the windmill in Early Espresso ink and the tree in Pear Pizzazz ink and cut them with the matching dies called Windmill Fields dies. I also stamped the small tree gathering to the right side of the windmill in Pear ink.
I then stamped the sentiment from Beauty of Friendhsip on a Petal Pink label die cut with the Potted Succulent dies.
Hope you have a awesome day and thanks for stopping by!

PP579 Sweet Bunny

I am playing along with Ann's clean and simple theme challnge today with Wild Life over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com I have a sweet bunny for you today from the Easter Friends set. I stamped him in Gray Granite ink on the white Tailor Made Tag die. I then colored his checks with a light Pale Papaya Stampin Blend marker and outlined him with a light Pool Party one. I tied some retired Blushing Bride twine on the top of the tag. I layered the tag on a strip of the Simply Marbleous DSP and a piece of Blushing Bride card stock embossed with the Ornate Floral embossing folder. Then all was layered on a white base. I decided not to add a sentiment to the front so can use for several occasions but want to add a little flower in his hand. I punched the flower from a retired small flower punch in Blushing Bride card stock and the middle punched with a hole punch in So Saffron card stock.
Hope you have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!

Best Birthday

I grabbed some more of the wonderful Simply Marbelous DSP you earn for free with SAB going on this last week. I wanted to do some stamping on it with the Friendly Hello set you can also get free during SAB. I stamped the flowers in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on the botton of the DSP panel and attached it to the white base. I then cut a white Encircled In Beauty die and stamped the bird with branch in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I have been wanting to color the bird in yellow and that it went well with the purple background and flowers! I used my Stampin Blends markers in Daffodil Delight on the bird, Soft Suede on the branch, Highland Heather for the flowers plus Granny Apple Green for the leaves. I also stamped the sentiment from the same set in Gorgeous Grape ink. I finished off with some Grape rhinestones.

Thanks From The Depths

I do love jellyfish...actually most sea creatures! But I love the ocean, beach, boats, etc! Using this Seas The Day bunle makes me so happy! I wanted to grab some Soft Sea Foam because I never use this color and it is really perfect for any ocean scene. I have a Soft Sea Foam base plus a top piece cut with the Sea dies. Underneath or between the two, I have a piece of white card stock I stamped with the Gentle Waves background stamp in Soft Sea Foam ink. I then stamped the three jellies from Seas The Day set on white card stock in Flirty Flamingo and Petal Pink inks. The second jellyfish is stamped off with the Flirty ink. I cut them with the matching die from Sea dies and popped them on the background. I then added some clear epoxy shapes. I stamped the sentiment on white card stock in Flirty Flaingo and then used a retired label punch to punch it out.
I like how soft it turned out. I will make a brighter version sometime soon!
Have a beautiful weekend!
Tomorrow is my birthday and I will be celebrating wishing I was by the sea!

Thanks With Amazing Silhouettes

I like inking this Amazing Silhouettes stamp. I inked it up first in Pale Papaya ink and then used sponge daubers to add Mint Macaron and Fresh Freesia inks before stamping in on the panel of whiet card stock. I then cut a piece of Fresh Freesia card stock and embossed it with the Hive 3D folder before adding to the white base. I took half of a Heart & Home doily and flipped it over to the white side before blending Pale Papaya ink on with my blending brush. I tucked it in the side before adhering the white panel. I cut the two thanks with both Mint Macaron and Pale Papaya card stock from the Amazing Thanks dies. I finished with some Genial Gems.
I hope your day is colorful!

It has been a very purple week here! I just seemed to grab purple lots when designing cards for the week! Probably because I love it! Today's card is a Gorgeous Grape base and another piece of Grape card stock embossed with the Gingham embossing folder for the background. I then cut the white card stock with the Stitched Rectangle dies and cut some lattice work in Highland Heather card stock from the Rain Boots dies to go across to look a little like a garden wall. Maybe? I stamped the sentiment from the Flowering Rain Boots set in Gorgeous Grape ink in the corner. Birthday Tulips For The Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month, the theme is Birthday Bash. We really hope that you enjoy and will be inspired by them! As you hop from blog to blog, we would appreciate your comments because we enjoy hearing from you. You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

I just had to make some 3D tulips for the birthday theme for the Pals Blog Hop this month. And of course, it all had to be in my fav color-purple! I cut the tulips with the Tulips dies and the Simply Marbelous DSP. Since it has different shades of purple on both sides it gives so much dimension to the tulips which are in three pieces and fold so easy. I then cut a white Scalloped Contours die to stamp my stems and leaves from the Flowering Tulips set in Garden Green ink. I popped the tulips up on them. I ran some Gorgeous Grape 3/8" sheer ribbon around and added a bow. I then cut some Flowering Fields DSP for the background and layered on a piece of Highland Heather and a Gorgeous Grape base. I stamped the sentiment on Highland Heather card stock in Rich Razzleberry ink and then cut with the Tasteful Labels dies. I finished it off with the Rich Razzleberry pearls from a previous kit.

Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday and thanks for stopping by!

I then cut a piece of Baisc White card stock and stamped the trees from Paradise Palms set in Soft Suede and Granny Apple Green inks. I stamped the sun in Mango Melody ink and the sand in Sahara Sand ink. I then added some water with my Pool Party Stampin Blends marker above the sand but it is faint in the photo. I stamped the sentiment from the same set in Polished Pink ink and punched it out with the Double Oval punch.
