FF0021 Merry & Bright

#festivefridaychallenge, #FF0021, Stampin Up, 3D Day, one layer card

This is not as hard as you think it might be.
Just make a scene!
To make a single layer card, that is!
I grabbed the Hearts Come Home set to play with the little houses
and Santa's sleigh.
I thought the 4" square of Whisper White would be cute.
I stamped the houses on the bottom in Cherry Cobbler and
then the sentiment. I added a little Gray Granite smoke to one house.
I added Garden Green trees and Mango Melody moon with stars.
I finished with a Night of Navy sleigh for a cute card to include
in special gift this season.
Hope you can play along over at festivefridaychallenge.com

Have a beautiful day!

CTS298 Beauty In The Details

I have been wanting to play with the large ornament
but not color it so I stamped it in Blackberry Bliss
ink on Smoky Slate card stock then  cut it with a circle die.
I added metallic silver pearls and a Blackberry twine bow.
For the sketch I used some Country Lane DSP (love the dots).
I placed a white strip down then layered on Smoky Slate
and a white base. Last, I added a stitched
white oval with the sentiment from the
same set called Beautiful Baubles with Blackberry ink.
Some more metallic pearls to finish it off.

FMS363 Christmas Sled

I went for the plaid!  Love the Festive Farmhouse DSP!
I used it for the background and layered it on Very Vanilla
and then a Basic Black base.
I stamped the sentiment from Alpine Adventures
in Cherry Cobbler on the Vanilla strip
which I layered on Black.
I then cut the sled in both Cherry and Black
card stock and a little snipping layered them together.
I stamped the wreath in Shaded Spruce on Vanilla
and added the berries in Cherry.
I finished it off with the cute little Cherry bow!

FabFri150 Thinking Of You

I grabbed my Rooted in Nature set for this color challenge.
Lots of colorful leaves are prefect for this color palette.
I stamped three of the four on the white background with the leaf
and then layered it on some Cajun Craze card stock
and a Tranquil Tide base.  I stamped the sentiment in
Tide and cut with the stitched oval.
I added a scallop oval in Cajun and finished it off
with the copper leaves trinkets!

GDP164 Season Filled With Peace

I love the new Gingham Gala designer papers!
They will be in the new Occasions catalog
starting in January.  Lots of pastel colors!
I grabbed the Lemon Lime Twist and layered it on
a white base.
I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock
and stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Poinsettia
set in Poppy Parade.
I then cut the solid flower with Poppy Parade card stock
and the outline flower with Lemon Lime Twist card stock.
I added several pearls to the middle to finish it off.

PP418 Happy Birthday Promenade

I saw Poppy Parade and thought of these flowers!
I stamped them on thick Whisper White in Memento Tuxedo Black
and then colored with the Poppy parade Stampin Blends markers.
I cut them out with the matching dies.
I cut the Smoky Slate stems from the Petals & More dies.
I added these to the background print from Garden Impressions DSP
and layered that with Poppy Parade then a Smoky Slate base.
I stamped the sentiment in Poppy from the
Very Vintage set on a white banner.
I added some silver metallic pearls for bling to finish it off.

Balmy Blue Season's Greetings

I reached for another blue- Balmy Blue that is!
I stamped in the same color on the background
with the snowflakes and the swirl from the
Beautiful Blizzard stamp set.
I grabbed more of the white snowflakes I had left over
for October class and sponged them in Balmy Blue
leaving a bit of white showing.
I added rhinestones in the middle for bling!
I stamped the sentiment on the white strip in same color
and layered it on the background before placing
all on a white card base.
Simple!

Hope you have a beautiful day!
