PP460 Well Wishes

I created a 6" by 3 /2" tall & skinny card for Claire's
challenge this week and used my Come to Gather suite!
I used Crumb Cake card stock for the base.
I added some Merry Merlot and then the script print
from the 2019-2021 in color paper pack.
I then added a strip of Come to Gather plaid DSP with some more
Merry Merlot behind to mat.
I cut a stitched Merlot circle and popped up the leaf from
Gather Together set stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink
and colored with the Stampin Blends in Cajun Craze on white card stock.
I cut the leaf with the matching dies called Gathered Leaves.
I ran some Crumb Cake thick twine behind before placing on the center.
A quick strip of white cut and sentiment stamped in Pretty Peacock ink
to finish it off.

Hope you can play along this week over at
Thanks for stopping by!

I stamped the leaf from Colorful Seasons set in Merry Merlot on white card stock
and cut it out with the matching dies called Seasonal Layers.
I cut the detailed die from the Pretty Peacock card stock to go behind.
I cut two DSP stripes from Come To Gather DSP and a strip of
Pretty Peacock stamped with the sentiment in Early Espresso.
I placed all these on a piece of DSP from the same paper pack
and on the Merry Merlot base.
I added a rhinestone colored in Peacock ink to finish it off.

CTS340 You Are Incredible Stars

I did some casing from page 3 of the holiday catty and lots of sponging.
I used 4 purples sponged on thick whisper white card stock.
I took my sponge daubers and sponged Blackberry Bliss,
Rich Razzleberry, Gorgeous Grape, and Highland Heather.
I then sprayed some water to give some water spots.
After drying, I stamped the bitty stars from So Many Stars set in VersaMark
and heat embossed them in gold emboss powder.
I cut the Stitched Nested Labels die in white and cut off the bottom then
added to the top. I heat embossed the words in gold from Royal Peacock set.
I cut the scroll star die from Stitched Stars dies in gold glimmer paper.
I finished with a pink rhinestone!
I hope you can play along with the sketch over at

GDP207 Happy Harvest

I am loving adding Pretty Peacock to my designs this fall!
Here with more Pumpkin Pie and florals for the Bloom & Grow
challenge over at this week!
I used a Very Vanilla base and added a piece of Peacock card stock
embossed with the Tin Tile emboss folder then layered with a piece of
Peacock gingham paper from the Come To Gather DSP pack.
I stamped the images from Country Home on the vanilla Stitched Nested Label
in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with the Stampin Blends.
I used light and dark Smoky Slate for the can
and Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive with Peacock for the florals.
I stamped the sentiment from same set in Black ink on a
Pumpkin Pie label cut from the Ornate Frames dies.
I really like that texture background.
Hope you can play along this week and thanks for stopping by!

Box Wednesday

I made these cut boxes for class this week for my guest
to carry home their hand made cards.
I used some retired Marina Mist card stock because
I had a whole pack of it. I added the panel of designer paper to the front
from the Woven Threads DSP because I thought the colors matched ok.
I popped a Terracotta Tile leave cut from the
Gathered Leaves dies.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you have a
blessed day.

I used this box often and they are only one of many fab projects
from Sam Donald over at

Card stock 8 1/4" by 11"
Score on long side 5.5" and 7"
Score on short side at 1.75" and 6.5"
cut in the tabs and adhere the box
DSP cut 4" by 3"

CTS339 Terracotta Thanks

I channeled my inner Brian King at and used almost as many
layers as he did! You can see his card here
I love the gingham paper and pulled it here in the new color Terracotta Tile.
I started with the Terracotta base and added a layer of white card stock
then Smoky Slate, then white then the gingham print from the
2019-2021 in colors paper pack in Terracotta Tile.
I cut the two squares from Stitched Shapes dies in white and Smoky.
I stamped the sentiment from Gather Together set in Basic Gray.
I took the leaf die from Gathered Leaves dies and pushed it down in my Terracotta ink
and then ran it through the Big Shot to cut and emboss with the Terracotta card stock.
I love the way the veins now really show!

Hope you can play along with this sweet sketch challenge this week

FF0042 Believing In You

I took several photos but it is hard to see the
High Seas "water" embossed background here in white.
But I do have water, black, gold pearls and a mermaid!
I love black and white together and a pop of gold makes it perfect!
I stamped the weeds on the white label die in gold ink then stamped the
mermaid in Memento Tuxedo Black from the Magical Mermaid set.
I stamped the sentiment from the same set in black on a stitched
white circle and added a gold foil circle behind before popping on a
black label die from Smooth Sailing dies.
I layered all these on my white High Seas embossed background and layered
on black card stock then a white base.
I finished it off with some gold pearls for more gold bling!

Hope you have a wonderful week!
