Simply Good Things

I did a bit of casing from Karen Hallam
over at stampinghabit.com
You can see her card here.
I need to make a few fall cards fast for a friend and customer
and glad to find this one to case.
I started with the Pretty Peacock base and layered a piece of
Mint Macaron card stock then two prints from Come To Gather DSP.
I added the Pretty Peacock scallop trim around.
I used the DSP in another print cut from Layering Circle dies
and stamped the sentiment in Peacock ink from Country Home set.
I added the Pretty scallop circle.
I found some of the copper leaf trinkets plus a linen thread bow.
I finished it off with some faceted gems in pretty Peacock.
Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by!

Pumpkins & Leaves For A Season Of Thanks

I did a little more casing for my friend and customer's card
from stampitupwithjaimie.com
You can see her card here
So happy to have Pinterest to find cards to case when in a hurry.
I used a piece of Sahara Sand for the base and I added the designer
paper in two prints from the Come To Gather DSP.
I cut leaves in Early Espresso and Pretty Peacock from the
Detailed Leaves dies. I stamped the large leaf on white in Sahara Sand ink.
I stamped the sentiment from Gather Together in Peacock and cut it
out with the matching die.
I finished it off with a braided linen trim bow.

Thanks for stopping by!

PP468 Wonderful Time Of The Year

Great challenge from Jaydee this week
over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com

I started with the lovely Feels Like Frost DSP
and layered it with a piece of white card stock
and then added to a Night of Navy base.
I stamped the sentiment from Free Skate stamp set
on Night of Navy card stock in VersaMark ink and heat embossed
in white emboss powder.
I punched it out with the Timeless Label punch.
I cut the skates out in Seaside Spray card stock with
Detailed Skate dies then again in white card stock.
I used some Navy twine to lace the boots of the skates.
I cut the bow with dies in Navy card stock and made them
look like they are hanging from the winter branch.

Love how it turned out and looking forward to ice skating in Central Park
with my daughter over Christmas this year!

Thanks for stopping by!

Table Gifts For Onstage Atlanta

I got the cracker treat instructions from Sam at
pootles.co.uk ..get instructions here
I made these for my table for the Atlanta Onstage Stampin Up!

and tying the copper trim on both ends.
I used the lovely plaid from Come To Gather DSP
and cut the leaves from the Gathered Leave dies in
Pretty Peacock. I stamped the sentiment from
Itty Bitty Christmas set in Merry Merlot and punched with the
1" circle punch.

Hope you have a sweet day!

Roommate Gifts For Onstage Atlanta

I made these roommate gifts for Onstage this week.
I saw Stefanie Droop on Pinterest make these holders for candy canes.
I decided to add small hand lotion from Bath and Body Works in the pouch.
I used the Come To Gather DSP with Pretty Peacock card stock and
Cajun Craze leaves. I stamped the sentiment from Painted Harvest in
Pretty Peacock ink and cut with the Ornate Frame die.
A little thick twine and they are done.
Yes, I even added paper to the back of the pouch holder.
You can see Stefanie's design here.

So Thankful With Beauty & Joy

I wanted to use some of this print from the designer paper called
Come to Gather DSP so I added it for the background
and then layer of white card stock and a Cajun Craze base.
I cut the Stitched Nested Label in white and stamped the
leaves in Mango Melody and sponged some Pumpkin Pie ink.
I stamped the trunk in Soft Suede ink and the the basket
in Gray Granite ink. I added the linen thread bow.
I stamped the sentiment from the same set called Beauty & Joy
in Suede and cut it with a Ornate Frame die.

I made this for a friend/customer for a fall card.
Simple and easy card!

Snowman Season Bags

I designed these gift bags for my guest to carry their cards home this
week from card classes. I used the Let It Snow DSP
for the background. I stamped the snowman from the
Snowman Season set on white and punched him out.
I punched the arms out with Soft Suede and the hat in Basic Black.
I colored him with Pumpkin Pie, Pool Party, and Petal Pink Stampin'
Blends markers.
I cut the oval in another print of the DSP and added it to the
Real Red scallop oval-both cut with the Layering Oval dies.
I like this snowman's smile.

Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!
