GDP073 Love You More

When I saw this color combo, all I could think of was flowers. 

I grabbed this stamp set for the fruit but ended up 

stamping the flowers. I stamped the outline in Memento 

Tuxedo Black. I stamped the little flowers and

then snipped them out to layer on top of the big ones. 

 I used some Moroccan DSP in Emerald Envy.

The bright colors make it fun!

More Lift Me Up Balloons!

After my classes this week,

I had a few cards cut that were not made in class. 

I decided to put them together but change a bit the stamping.

I used the sentiment since I knew I was 

sending this one to my mom. 

I send her a card each week and she is highly spoiled!

I added some in color enamel shapes-stars in Peekaboo Peach.

Paper Pumpkin Valentine's Day Treat Bags Fun!

 My daughter, Amanda, and I did the January Paper Pumpkin

kit this weekend.  Very cute Valentine's Day treat bags!

It made 24 bags and we filled them with four Dove

dark chocolate hearts. 

I really like the colors and the touches of gold!

Glad this kit came and had plenty of bags for my Sunday School girls. 

Mostly, I loved the time with my girl!

FMS273 Bee Kind

I still had my Dragonfly stamp set sitting out on my desk
when I went to design for this challenge.
I thought the dots in three colors would make for an interesting
background for this sketch.
I have not used the bee as of yet, so I stamped him in black and then
the next over in Crushed Curry.
I hand snipped him out.
I looked for a while at all my stamps for a sentiment I wanted
to place here but when I saw the confetti reference in
this sentiment from Jar Of Love,
I thought it the dots really do look like confetti
and decided to give it a go!

Well, I love this card....I did not make it but 

my wonderful and talented daughter did!

She wanted to design a card for my blog so she is my 

guest designer today!

She would not let me see until she was all done!

I love the layout and the mix of DSP. 

But my fav is the sentiment cut out on a heart!

It works so well!

Fun to case the designer esp. when they are so

awesome like Krista!
I started with DSP that already had dots/circles
 on it but Ilike that the colors are different.
I also had a left over stitched square from classes this week so
I grabbed it and stamped a sentiment from
Rose Wonder that I like to keep in my stash.
I seem to need these cards at no notice!
I added a layer of flowers from the
Bloomin' Heart thinlits dies.
I finished mine off with a pearl!

Valentine's Day Bags For Classes

These are the bags for my guest to carry their cards home

from classes this week.

I saw the bags at Michael's and decided they were perfect to decorate

esp. with the gold scallop edges on top!

I cut a few hearts from the Sweet & Sassy framelits dies.

On the left, I used Pink Pirouette, gold foil and then Whisper White.

On the right, I used Real Red, gold foil and Whisper White.

Left stamped in Real Red and the right stamped in Flirty Flamingo.
