I decided when I saw this challenge that
I would try a stencil technique with my spritzer.
I cut from a piece of old card stock a butterfly and then
laid it down on a piece of Very Vanilla.
I loaded my spritzer with some rubbing alcohol
and 4 drops of Night of Navy.
I sprayed a few times to cover the card stock
and then lifted my butterfly die cut.
I am glad I grabbed Very Vanilla because I like the effect.
I layered that piece on Night of Navy card stock when it was dry.
I cut a small butterfly in Navy and added some thick
Very Vanilla twine to it.
Then for the sentiment.
I used a set and punch I should use more often.
I like how I can pick my words from the
Thoughtful Banners set then use the matching punch.
This Duet Punch comes in handy as it punches for me
a second larger punch for layering.
I hope you can play along with this clean and simple
butterfly challenge over at
