I am playing along with Stef's theme challenge this week with circles over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com but I just featured just one! I have a Secret Sea base and another layer ran through with the Soft Waves embossing folder. I then cut white clouds and Secret Sea birds from the Sunset Sailing dies. I stamped the sailboat from the same set in Secret Sea ink plus Poppy Parade ink and cut with the matching dies. I stamped the sentiment from the Beautiful Butterflies set in Poppy ink on a white Stylish Shape banner then I cut a circle from those same dies and blended some Balmy Blue ink on.
Hope you can play along this week and thanks for stopping by!

This is such a great card! Found you at TPP and love how you used your circle. The dies and embossing are perfect for your pretty scene and the circle really helps them stand out.
ReplyDeleteI love the clean, crisp colors you chose for your card! That sailboat looks perfect on your sponged circle! Thanks for sharing this with us at the Paper Players this week!
ReplyDeleteGreat maritime card! That circle grounds the whole design and the shape echoes the curves of the waves. Thanks for sharing with us at The Paper Players.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, Windy! The embossed background is gorgeous and you've created a wonderful vignette on the big circle. Thank you so much for playing along with the Paper Players this week!
