A Trio Of Gathering Together Cards For The Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! The Pals are “Ready for Fall” and hope to inspire you with card and paper craft creations using Stampin’ Up! products. Links to the participant’s blogs can be found at the end of each post to help you “hop” along!

I love fall crafting as I love fall colors and leaves and the feel as I do not get seasons much here at the beach in Florida! I am using the wonderful new Gathering Together DSP and cut it so I can use the triangles on three cards. I cased the idea from Patty Bennett over at pattystamps.com and you can see Patty Bennett's post/video here on how to cut the paper.

The first card uses a Basic beige base and a layer of Cajun Craze card stock. I added the DSP pieces and then cut a Spotlight Ob Nature circle in Early Espresso card stock. I cut a Stylish Shapes circle in Basic beige and stamped the sentiment from the Autumn Leaves stamp set in Cajun Craze ink. I added some leaves cut in Craze, Crushed Curry and gold foil from the Autumn Leaves dies. I finished with Cajun Craze/gold dots.

The second card has a Basic Beige base and a layer of Early Espresso card stock then the pieces of the DSP. I cut a Spotlight On Nature Cajun Craze circle die and a Stylish Shapes circle die in Basic Beige card stock plus stamped the sentiment from the Artistic Leaves stamp set in Early Espresso ink. I cut leaves from the Autumn Leaves dies in gold foil, Early espresso and Crushed Curry card stocks. I finished with the Cajun Craze/gold dots.

Last card has a white base and a layer of Crushed Curry card stock plus the DSP pieces. I cut the Crushed Curry Spotlight On Nature die and a white Stylish Shapes white circle dies to stamp the sentiment in Cajun Craze ink from the Artistic Leaves set. I cut leaves from the Autumn Leaves die in gold foil, Cajun Craze and early espresso card stocks. I finished with Cajun Craze/gold dots.

This month’s projects have been full of ideas you can use—whether you’re making cards, gifts, or just adding a little sparkle to your everyday creativity. The Pals have their own projects ready to share, and trust me, you don’t want to miss them! Click through the lineup below to see everyone’s creations, then mark your calendar for next month’s theme: “thanks.” We’ll be making Random Acts of Kindness projects, thank you cards, and even some Thanksgiving ideas you’ll love.

Until then, enjoy your craft space.
