I decided to pull out my new Friendly Flamingo bundle for Laurie's tic-tac-toe challenge this week over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com as I was going across the top with die-cut, animal, and scene. I have been want tong ink this set up as I love and collect flamingos. I started with the white piece of card stock and used a blending brush to blend on Seaside Spray ink. Started with lots of ink at the bottom and went very light to the top. I added this on a white base. I then stamped the water ripples at the bottom in same color. I stamped the sentiment in Misty Moonlight from the Friendly Flamingo set.
I also stamped the flamingo in Flirty Flamingo ink as well as the flowers plus I stamped three hanging vines in Granny Apple Green. One of those I stamped off to make it lighter. I cut them out with the Flamingo dies. This lovely water scene came together so easily.
Hope you have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!

What is it about Flamingos that is just so appealing? I have always wondered this. Is it their gracefulness? This card is so calming and beautiful. I love the hanging vines with a pop of color too. Such a great card Windy! Thanks for playing along with us at The Paper Players.
