Hello, welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month our Design Team’s theme is “Cute Critters” – showcasing their card/project with adorable animals, birds, or insects for any occasion. We hope you enjoy and will be inspired by them! Don’t forget to leave comments! We love hearing from you. At the end of my post, you will find the full line-up to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
When I saw critter, I knew I wanted to use the Kangaroo & Company bundle. This is my first time playing with the this bundle as well as the Welcoming Window bundle. I thought this scene would be so cute with the mama kanga and baby joey coming by to say hi to a friend at their window. I stamped the kangaroos in Memento Tuxedo Black on thick Whisper white card stock. I colored them with the Cinnamon Cider and Petal Pink Stampin Blends markers. I used the Kangaroo dies to cut them out. I then layered a piece of white card stock embossed with the Brick & Mortar embossing folder on a Misty Moonlight base. I stamped the window parts in Misty Moonlight and Balmy Blue and popped them on the background after cutting with the Window Flower Box dies.
I then stamped the sentiment from Kangaroo & Company in VersaMark ink on the Messages die in Moonlight card stock and heat embossed in white. I finished it off with some Cinnamon Cider dots.
More inspiration awaits! Use the Blog Hop Line-up below to visit the rest of this month’s Design Team. My fellow Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Mark your calendars for our next blog hop on April 14th when our theme is “Great Family Occasions” when our Design Team creates a project for any special occasion. Don’t miss the fun! Until then, please stay safe and have fun in your craft space.
