Happily Ever After

My son is in a wedding next month and needed a card made. I grabbed my Frames and Flowers pack of specialty designer paper. I used a white base and a piece of Soft Sea Foam card stock ran through the Tasteful Textile embossing folder for some texture. I used one of the oval frames from the paper pack plus a few flowers on the front and cut a white oval with the Stitched Shapes dies to stamp my sentiment from the Something Fancy set in Pretty Peacock ink. I added some pearls and a soft sea foam binding ribbon bow. Inside, I added a die cut from the pack and stamped the sentiment from the This Day Forward stamp set in Peacock ink. I added another die cut piece from the pack to the back of the white envelope.
Hope you have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!

Filled With Cheer & Fun!

I made two of these as hopefully my last Christmas cards for the year! I have a Pool Party base and then added another piece of Pool Party card stock ran through with the Snowflake Sky embossing folder. I then cut the white Deckled Rectangle die and stamped the snowman image from the Filled With Cheer set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I then stamped on another piece of white card stock the wagon plus wheels and the lights.
I colored all with the the Stampin Blends markers in dark Granny Apple Green, light and dark Pool Party, light Pecan Pie, light and dark Poppy Parade, light Smoky Slate, dark Daffodil Delight, light Pumpkin Pie, and dark Basic Black. I popped the wagon and pieces after cutting with the matching Filled with Fun dies.  I finished it off with some red rhinestones!

Hope you have a wonderful Monday and thanks for stopping by!

All Kinds Of Wonderful!

In September 2024, I was supposed to go on a crafting retreat with 9 friends but Hurricane Helene had other plans so I did not get to leave Florida. We were bringing pillow gifts and I decided to put together goodies bags with a face sheet mask, eye patches, and a foot mask plus a hand cream and of course, some chocolate squares. I bought all but candy online at Amazon including the white shredded paper and cello bags.
I tied them with Lost Lagoon ribbon and added these tags I made with the Frames & Flowers specialty paper. I cut the tags from the Country Corners dies in Pretty Peacock card stock and then cut with same dies the DSP print. I punched out the flowers/leaves to add on the tags. I then cut out white Deckled Circles dies and stamped a sentiment from Lighting The Way stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink. I hole punched the top and added them with some Calypso Coral twine and added a same color gems to the tag.

Hope you have a blessed weekend and thanks for stopping by!

I sat down to play and make alternate cards with the October 2024 Paper Pumpkin kit called Nests Of Christmas.
Card One- I used items from the kit and only added a white base.  The background is cut from a card base in the kit in light blue.
Card Two- I used a white card base and ran another piece of white card stock through the Birchwood embossing folder.
Card Three- I have a white base and stamped the sentiment on white card stock and hand snipped out.

Hope you have a lovely day and thanks for stopping by!

You Had Me At Doughnuts For The Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month, the theme is Random Acts of Kindness. We hope to inspire you with our creations today! You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

Today's card is a special fold and a gift card holder so you can slip a little something in to give to a friend or someone in need. I did a little casing from Jackie Bolhuis over at klompenstampers.com  and you can see her card plus tutorial here.
I have a base of Pecan Pie card stock at 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and added a piece of 2024-26 In Color DSP in Peach Pie cut at 4' x 5 1/4".
For the top card, it is a piece of Pecan Pie card stock cut at 9 3/4" x 4 1/4" and scored on long side at 3 1/4" and 6 1/2".  I cut the white panel pieces at 3" x 4".
For the pocket, I added a piece of DSP cut 1 1/2" x 3" and used tear tape around three edges leaving the top open for gift card. I did add a white label cut from the Deckled Rectangle dies to add a message.

On the front of the card, I cut a white Deckled Rectangle die and stamped the sentiments from the More Than Autumn set in Memento Tuxedo Black and Pecan Pie inks. I stamped the other images in Memento on white card stock and colored them with my Stampin Blends in SU500, dark Crumb Cake, dark Lemon Lolly. light Pretty In Pink, and light Pumpkin Pie. I cut them out with the matching dies to pop on.
The next panel I stamped from same set in same colors and those images were colored in SU500, light Copper Clay, light Smoky Slate, light Poppy Parade, and light Crumb Cake.
I hope you have as much fun as I did making this card! I love to color!

There’s more inspiration to show you, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. Please mark your calendars for our next blog hop next month, when our theme will be Home for the Holidays.

Until then, have fun in your craft space.

Let It Snow

I love the plaid on this card! I have a white base hidden beneath the Season of Green & Gold DSP in the plaid print and a layer of Mossy Meadow and white card stocks. I stamped the sled, the wreath, a bird from the Sophisticated Sled set on white card stock in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with the Stampin Blends markers in Old Olive, Cherry Cobbler, Poppy Parade, Pecan pie and Basic Black. I cut them out with the matching dies along with white skates plus laces and silver foil blades. I cut the Real Red label from the Perennial Postage dies and heat embossed in white embossing powder a sentiment from the same set. I finished with some red rhinestones.
Have a beautiful Tuesday and thanks for stopping by!

Season Of Cheer!

I like how this turned out with the Old Olive base and a bit of Season Of Green & Gold DSP plus the Plaid Forever embossing folder ran through on another piece of Old Olive card stock. I ran some Cherry Cobbler ribbon around but adhering. I cut the white Deckled Rectangle die to stamp the image from the Filled with Cheer set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored it with the Stampin blends markers in Cherry Cobbler, Pecan Pie, Pool Party, Old Olive, Smoky Slate, and Lemon lime Twist. I syamped the sentiment from the Horse & Sleigh set in Cherry Cobbler ink. I finished it off with some gems colored with the Cherry Cobbler blends marker.
