An Inked Botanicals Note

I played around again with the Inked Botanicals suite to make several cards! This one has a Pool Party base and a layer of Calypso Coral before adding the DSP. I then cut a Nested Essentials die in Coral card stock along with a white one. I stamped the floral image from the Inked & Tiled stamp set on the white one in Calypso Coral and Lost Lagoon ink. I then cut the banner die from the Stylish Shapes dies in Lost Lagoon card stock and cut it in half to add behind the image. I stamped the sentiment on white card stock in Lost Lagoon ink and cut it from the Stylish Shapes dies. I finished off with a pearl.

Have a happy Monday and last day of July! Thanks for stopping by!

Translucent In Orchid

I saved my favorite for last...Orchid Oasis ink with the Parakeet Party ink using the Translucent Florals bundle! I have stamped the leaves a few times in Parakeet Party ink on the white Deckled Rectangle. I then stamped the flowers in Orchid Oasis on a piece of white card stock and cut them out with the matching dies. I stamped the sentiment in Orchid ink and punched out with the Double Oval punch. I layered this on a Orchid Oasis base and finished off with some Orchid dots.
I hope you have enjoyed the parade of cards this week with this bundle! Reminder that you can find this bundle in the new SU! 2023 holiday catty that starts in September.
Thanks for stopping by!

Translucent Pretty In Pink

I sat down to make some cards to get ahead before going out of town about a week and a half ago. I grabbed the Translucent Florals bundle which will be a new bundle in the SU! 2023 holiday catalog which starts in September. I decided to make cards for this week featuring 5 different colors but staying with the Parakeet Party ink for the leaves. Today, I am featuring Bubble Bath and I love to play with this color. I have a Bubble Bath base and a layer of white card stock ran through with the Quatrefoil Tile embossing folder and a strip of Bubble Bath ribbon from the sheer combo pack wrapped around. I cut a white Deckled Rectangle die and stamped the leaves in Parakeet Party ink plus the sentiment from the Translucent Florals set. I then stamped the flowers on white card stock and cut them out with the matching dies along with the inside pieces in Bubble Bath card stock. I finished off with a few pearls.

Hope you have a beautiful week and thanks for stopping by!

An Inked Sketch

As you can see I participate in Brian and Emma's Super-Awesome Fun time kits! (Brian King at stampwithbrian.com ) They are awesome as well as fun plus you get freebies like this sketch card. I needed to make a card for today and this sketch card was hanging on my desk and I thought it was perfect for the Inked Botanicals suite. I have a Lost Lagoon base and then a strip of one print from the Inked Botanicals DSP down the side. I used a piece of another print plus a piece of Crushed Curry card stock for the side. I stamped the flowers in Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry and Lost Lagoon ink by using my Stampin Write markers to ink the image from the Inked & Tiled set on the white card stock cut with the Sentimental Park dies. I then stamped the sentiment in Lost Lagoon on a strip of white and finished off with some neutrals adhesive-backed sequins in white.

Hope you have a wonderful week and thanks for stopping by!
I will be hanging at the beach with my girl this week so I will see again next Monday!

Love You Always

Love how this card turned out especially in Berry Burst! I used a Berry Burst for the base and a layer of the same color card stock ran through the Metal Plate embossing folder. I then stamped the mail box from the Stamped With Love set in Night of Navy ink on Gray Granite card stock. I hand sniped it out. I then stamped the envelope on white card stock in Navy ink and hand snipped it out to place on the mail box. I stamped the heart from the set in berry Burst ink on my envelope. I stamped the large envelope on white card stock in Navy ink and colored the stamp with my Berry burst marker. I stamped the sentiment in Berry Burst in the center of the large envelope then hand snipped it out. Glad these are easy to hand snip! I colored a little on the pen with my Smoky Slate light Stampin blend marker. I finished off with some silver sparkle gems.
This one is going out to mom this weekend!
Have a lovely weekend and thanks for stopping by!

PP648 Just A Inked Note

I like this color combo from Ann this week over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com and will use the future! All I knew when I saw it was I would do a sentiment on black card stock heat embossed in white which I love to do. I then looked at my designer papers and when I saw this Lost Lagoon print from the Inked Botanicals DSP I knew what I would do. I have the piece of DSP layers on a Basic Black base and then added a white piece of cards tock framed in black card stock. I stamped from the Inked &Tiled set on the white a large leaf in Lost Lagoon ink, the double flower in Bubble Bath ink and then the small flower in Berry Burst ink three times without reinking the stamp. I added some Brushed Brass Butterflies before placing some Lost Lagoon ribbon looped. I stamped the sentiment from the same Inked & Tiled set in VersaMark ink on black card stock and heat embossed white embossing powder before punching with my Double Oval punch.

Hope you can play along today and thanks for stopping by!

Casing The Catty For The Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month, the theme is CASE the Catalog. We really hope that you will be inspired by all the amazing creations the Pals are sharing with you! Then, you will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

Here is the card I cased for this hop on page 6 of the SU! 2023 Annual Catalog. It uses the Hello, Irresistible suite and you can see it is in Pretty Peacock and Petal Pink in the catty.

Here is my card: I thought would be awesome in Lost Lagoon and Calypso Coral!

My card has a Lost Lagoon base and I added a print of the Hello, Irresistible DSP with some of that shade as well as Daffodil Delight. I cut a strip of white across to stamp my sentiment from the Irresistible Blooms set in Calypso Coral ink. I also cut the long detailed dies in Lost Lagoon card stock to add to the top and it gives great texture.
I stamped the flower in Calypso Coral on white card stock and cut it with the matching dies. I added some Daffodil Delight ink to the center with a sponge dauber. For my leaves, I cut some with the dies using the DSP and some out of the paper with my paper snips. I finished off with the loose frosted dots in Daffodil Delight.
I will probably make this card in a light color because it was fun the create!

More inspiration awaits, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. The Pals are very excited to show you what they’ve created! Then, please mark your calendars for our next blog hop next month (always the second Wednesday each month), when our theme will be “Punch Your Art Out”.

Until then, have fun in your craft space.

I wanted to do a simple thank you card today and have also wanted to play with a new bundle called Translucent Florals that will be in the new holiday catalog in September 2023. PP647 Beachy Kind Of Day

LeAnne's theme challenge this week over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com is my fav. I love the beach and creating beachy, ocean, water, lighthouse, etc cards and projects! I really wanted to use my crabs again from the Seaside Bay bundle. I stamped them in Calypso Coral ink twice on white card stock and cut them with the matching dies. I also stamped the shell from the set in Pebbled Path on Crumb Cake card stock and cut it out along with the shells and grass in Crumb Cake card stock with a little Pebbled Path ink blended on for more texture. For the background, I have a piece of white card stock I blended Azure Afternoon ink on top and Gray Granite ink on bottom with my blending brushes. I stamped  in Gray Granite the sand. I layered it on the piece of By The Bay DSP retired and a Azure Afternoon base. I stamped the sentiment from a retired set called Paradise Palms in Calypso Coral ink on white card stock and used my Double Oval punch to punch it out.
