Best Wishes For 2021

Happy Last Day Of 2020!
Happy New Year's Eve!
I did a little casing of Angela Meiritz-Reid
over at stampingbeauty.blogspot.com
this week. She used different colors on her flowers and
a different emboss folder for the background.
I grabbed my Painted Textured emboss folder for the
white background and added it to the white base after running
some white seam binding trim around plus a bow.
I then stamped the flowers from the new set Art Gallery
in several purples- Gorgeous Grape, Blackberry Bliss,
Highland Heather, and Purple Posy.
I stamped the leaves in Just Jade and cut all with the
matching Floral Gallery dies.
I stamped the sentiment in Blackberry Bliss ink and cut with the
scalloped die from the same set.

I hope you have a safe holiday and here is to 2021!
Stop back tomorrow for a project with a new mini 2021 calendar!
Thanks for stopping by today!

GDP272 Dragonfly Inspiration

I cased the layout and the blending for the
challenge over at global-design-project.com
I first cut a piece of Whisper White card stock and
pulled out my blending brushes to do an
ombre color in Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather and
Purple Posy inks.
I layered it on apiece of Purple Posy card stock and then
a Gorgeous Grape base.
I seem not be able to stop using the curvy dies.
I cut a piece of white with the dotted curvy die and added on top.
I then stamped the dragonfly from Dragonfly Garden set
in Gorgeous Grape ink and colored its wings with the
Purple Posy Stampin Blends marker.
I also cut a small dragonfly in Grape card stock
using the Dragonflies punch.
I then stamped the sentiment in Grape ink
on the oval white die and added to the scallop oval
in Grape card stock.
I finished it off wit a Grape rhinestone on the small dragonfly.

Hope you have a wonderful and inspirational day!
Thanks for stopping by!

FabFri204 Curvy Thinking Of You

The Quite Curvy bundle is fun to play with and can be so colorful
like today with this 5 color challenge from
fabfridaystampinchallenge.blogspot.com
I stamped the ivy swag in Memento Tuxedo Black along
with the birds and the two floral swags on Whisper White card stock.
I colored the ivy swag with Shaded Spruce Stampin Blends markers
and the birds in Poppy Parade and Seaside Spray.
I colored the floral swags with regular Stampin Write markers
in Blushing Bride and Pear Pizzazz.
I cut them with the matching dies called Curvy dies as well as
the Whisper white card stock at the bottom of the card.
I stamped the sentiment in Poppy Parade ink
and layered it all on a Blushing Bride base.
I finished it off with the three blushing rhinestones.

Hope you have a blessed Tuesday and
thanks for stopping by!

FMS466 Just For You With Quite Curvy

I have wanted to case the card on 23 page in the SU! spring mini catalog.
I thought it went perfect with the sketch challenge over at
freshlymadesketches.blogspot.com
I grabbed a Sahara Sand base and added a piece of
Highland Heather on top.
I cut a piece of Granny Apple Green and ran a bit of
ribbon around.
I stamped the leave swags twice from Quite Curvy set
on Granny Apple on the same color paper.
I cut them out with the Curvy dies.
I stamped the floral swags on white in Memento Tuxedo Black
twice and colored with my Stampin Blends markers.
I cut them out and layered them on top and bottom
of the white stitched oval stamped with the sentiment in Highland Heather ink.
A bow on the side finishes it off.

Hope you have a lovely Monday and
a lovely Christmas week!

I will be back after Christmas here on my blog with
some more fun projects to share!

GDP271 Christmas Blessings

I was done with my Christmas cards and then my daughter needed
one for a friend to add in her gift and at same time I saw this
challenge from global-design-project.com so it was meant to be.
I had this sleigh and the reindeer in my "For Later" bucket.
I stamped them last month but did not end up using them.
The same with white snow hill at the bottom cut from the Curvy dies.
The sleigh and reindeer are from the Wishes & Wonder set and
North Pole Wonder dies.
I stamped the sleigh in Smoky Slate and colored with a Cherry Cobbler
water color pencil.
I stamped one reindeer in Soft Suede and the other in Crumb Cake.
I stamped the sentiment from Wrapped in Christmas in Real Red
and yes, it is a little crooked on there!
I also wanted another chance to play with my blending brush
so I ran a piece of Whisper White through the Winter Snow embossing
folder and blended some Pool Party ink on.
I finished it off with the snowflake sequin and a Real Red base.

Hope you have a weekend full of blessings!

I stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black the gaming squares on the white panel.
I then added a silver foil strip down the side.

on a few berries.
I also stamped the sentiment in Razzleberry ink.
I then stamped the large leaves in Shaded Spruce and two stepped

I did the same for the little stems for the berries but stamped
them on a piece of white and hand snipped them
out to pop on the berries and make them look like they are attached.
I layered the rectangle on my fav print of the DSP and a white base to finish.
