Time For A Celebration

I had stamped several balloons last week when making my card I posted last Friday with this suite called Bright & Beautiful. I decided to cut the rest of the balloons out to make this card for you today!
I have stamped the large balloon in Azure Afternoon ink and the smaller ones in Lemon Lime Twist and Blueberry Bushel inks on white card stock from the Beautiful Balloons set and cut with the matching dies. I also added the ribbon tails in opposite colors. I used a Blueberry Bushel base and added the white cards tock ran through with the Basics 3D embossing folder. I stamped the sentiment in Blueberry Bushel ink on a white die cut from the Nested Essentials dies. I finished off with some rhinestones and a little twine from the large balloon.

Hope you have a wonderful beautiful weekend and thanks for stopping by!

PP646 A Chic Thinking of You

I am playing along with Claire's sketch challenge today over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com  I am using the Season Of Chic bundle along with the matching DSP which retired in May. I added the Texture Chic DSP print to a Petal Pink base and then cut two Distressed Gold paper strips to add. I then cut a few shells from the Chic dies in the same gold paper along with punching out the white 2" circle punch.  I also cut a small shell out of the DSP plus stamped a larger shell on Petal Pink card stock in same color ink. I then stamped the sentiment in Copper Clay ink on a piece of white card stock and cut it out with the Stitched Rectangle dies. I finished off with a few gold gems for bling!

I hope you have a chic day and thanks for stopping by!

You Inspire Me

I got some inspiration from the wonder Mary Deatherage over at stampsnlingers.com  You can see her card here. I used a Lemon Lime Twist base and a layer of Berry Burst card stock before adding the piece of Bright & Beautiful DSP for my background. On a piece of white card stock, I stamped the easel from the Crafting With You stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink and the the flowers in Lemon lie Twist ink plus the sentiment in Berry Burst ink. I cut it out with the matching dies. I also stamped the basket in Pebbled Path ink along with two sets of brushes- one in Lemon Lime Twist ink and the other in Pretty Peacock ink. I cut them out as well as a Berry burst small heart to add to the basket center. I finished off with some sequin in Berry Burst and a white one on the heart.

Hope your day is full of creativity and thanks for stopping by!

Pinks With Earthen Textures

While I was still on my pink kick Friday, I decided an Earthen Textures card needed to be done in pink! I have a Moody Mauve base and a layer of Bubble Bath card stock and then a white one ran through with the Twisted Rope embossing folder. I love this texture! I then cut the large vase from a piece of Fresh As A Daisy DSP but stamped the small pot in Moody Mauve ink on Bubble Bath card stock. Both were cut with the Earthen Textures dies. I also stamped one leave branch on white in Bubble Bath ink to cut out. I cut two more branches in Bubble  Bath card stock and the large fan in white. I used my blending brushes to add Bubble Bath ink over the fan and then a little Moody Mauve ink. I did grab a Bubble Bath shape to add to the fan. I used a strip of Bubble Bath card stock to stamp my sentiment in Moody Mauve ink from the Earthen Textures stamp set.

I hope you have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!

Daisies Pretty In Pink

So I was on a pink kick this past Friday when I sat down to create! It was National Pink Day after all!
I love the new Bubble Bath color and I thought it would be pretty with the daisies and just white. I have a white base a layer of Bubble Bath card stock and another white layer ran through with the Basics 3D embossing folder. Loving those polka dots for a background! I cut the two flowers in Bubble Bath card stock from the Cheerful Daisies dies and then I cut them again in white to add the white middle pieces to the pink ones. I also cut some branches in white card stock. I added a pearl to the center of my flowers and popped them on the background. I added a strip of Bubble Bath card stock across the bottom and the stamped the sentiment from Season Of Chic in Bubble Bath ink on a piece of white and cut it with the label die from the same Cheerful Daisies dies.
Thanks for stopping by and I hop you have a wonderful week!

Happy Birthday With Beautiful Balloons

For my first card with the Beautiful Balloons bundle, I tried to do a little casing from the catalog on page 14.  I used a Blueberry Bushel base and added some Bright & Beautiful DSP to one corner. I also cut a strip of another pattern from this same DSP to cut with the Beautiful Balloons dies to make a trim. I added a strip of another pattern of DSP in blue to it. I then stamped the balloons with the set on white card stock in three ink colors- Lemon lime Twist, Berry Burst and Azure Afternoon. I cut them out with the matching dies. I also stamped the sentiment on the largest balloon in Blueberry Bushel ink.  I stamped the tassels in the same Blueberry ink and cut them out. I added some twine to the large balloon in white and Starry Sky. I finished up with a few rhinestones for bling.
Hope you have a beautiful weekend!
Thanks for stopping by!

I then stamped it again on a scrap piece of paper to make a mask as I stamped the backpack. I then stamped the sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink. I used my white water color pencil to add a little white shading to the items then some metallic dots to finish it off.

Moody Mauve and Pebbled Path For The Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month, the theme is the New 2023-2025 In Colors. We hope you will be inspired by all the creations the Pals share with you! You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

Moody Mauve and Pebbled Path were on mind to combine together and it worked perfect for the Pals Blog Hop in color showcase this month.  I went with a simple card and layout this month using the white base, a layer of Pebbled Path card stock, and a piece of Fresh As A Daisy DSP in a distressed looking Moody Mauve. I twisted some Pebbled Path and Moody Mauve jute trim together to attach around the layers. I stamped the sentiment in Moody Mauve ink on white card stock from the Layering Leaves stamp set. I cut it out along with a piece of Pebbled Path card stock and the Something Fancy dies labels. I stamp several of the leaves from the Layering Leaves set on white card stock in both Moody and Pebbled inks and used the matching Bough punch to punch them along with some small white stems. I finished off with a few in color dots in Pebbled Path.
I love that SU! makes so many matching products to play/create with!

More inspiration awaits, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. The Pals are very excited to show you what they’ve created! Then, please mark your calendars for our next blog hop on July 12th, when our theme will be CASE the Catalog, when the design team chooses a card from the new Annual Catalog and recreates it with their own creative twist.

Until then, have fun in your craft space.

I stamped the sentiment from the same set in Memento ink on Azure Afternoon card stock cut with the Cheerful Daisies label die. I added some black/white twine with a bow plus some Tinsel Gems in Lemon Lime Twist to the card to finish it off.

Celebrate With Azure

I am using another Azure Afternoon color combo from my upline Mary Fish over at stampinpretty.com  I am combining it with Poppy Parade and White. I immediately thought of a July 4th card to send my mom. I wanted to also use my new Twisted Rope embossing folder with Azure card stock which I then placed on a white base. I stamped five anchors from the Beauty Of The Deep set in Azure Afternoon and Poppy Parade inks on white card stock and cut them with the matching dies. I then stamped the sentiment in Azure ink on white card stock from the Share A Milkshake set and cut it out with the Waves dies. I ran some twine around with the die and added some silver sequin from the Neutrals adhesive-backed sequin pack.
Hope you have a great Monday and thanks for stopping by!
