Everyday Magic

I wanted to use the new Azure Afternoon color and the Painted Posies 3D embossing folder together for a simple card today. I have a white base and layered with the embossed piece ran around with the same color ribbon I stamped the sentiment from Something Fancy stamp set in Azure Afternoon ink on a piece of white card stock and cut it with the Something Fancy dies. I added some glossy dots around I colored with my Azure Afternoon blend marker.
Hope you have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by!

PP641 Hello Lost Lagoon

I thought this large leaf image would look lovely in Lost Lagoon ink for Joanne's clean and simple one image challenge over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com this week. I stamped it from the Nature's Prints set in the returning color Lost Lagoon on a piece of white card and cut it out with the matching Natural Prints dies. I popped it on a piece of white card stock cut/embossed with the Stitched With Whimsy dies. I then stamped the sentiment from same set and ink on a white circle punched with the 1 3/4" circle punch. I added some clear milky gloss dots on before adding all to the Lost Lagoon base.

Hope you have a lovely Monday and thanks for stopping by!

On My Mind With Daisies

I felt like pulling out some of this pretty Fresh As A Daisy DSP to play with along with the matching bundle today. I used a white base and a layer of Early Espresso card stock and then this lovely print of DSP. I wrapped some the new Pebbled Path jute twine around before attaching and added a bow. I had a white oval laying on my desk from other projects I cut with the Framed florets dies. I stamped the sentiment in Early Espresso ink from the Nature's Prints stamp set (which is light looking due to the thin lines of the script). I cut white daisies and leaves from the Cheerful Daisies dies. I added some Early espresso ink to the left one with a sponge dauber and a marker. I added the ink with a marker on the right one. I cut the insides with Crushed Curry card stock. I sponged Garden Green ink on the three white leaves. I finished off with some yellow milky dots.

Hope you have a beautiful weekend and thanks for stopping by!

PP640 XOXO

I love Jaydee's color challenge this week over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com  I had fun as I thought about this bundle called Tropical Leaf and my lovely prints from Lilly Pulitzer which are full of pinks and bright greens. I have a Basic Black base, a layer of Granny Apple Green card stock and a layer of silver foil plus a layer of the new Bubble Bath card stock which is such a pretty pink! I stamped the stems in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on the pink background. I then stamped the large leaf from the set in Bubble Bath ink and sponged some Granny Apple Green ink on before stamping on white card stock. I did this three times and punched them out with the matching punch. I also did this three times with just Granny apple Green ink for the leaves. I arranged my leaves on and add some bling with rhinestones for more silver. I then stamped the sentiment in VersaMark ink on black card stock and added white embossing powder. I used my heat tool to emboss the sentiment and then cut with the label die from the Waves dies. I ran some white twine through to wrap around to finish it off.

Hope you have a fun and blessed Thursday!

Thanks for stopping by!

With Deepest Sympathy

I got inspiration from a card from Kim Fee over at simplyfairies.co.uk and you can see her card here
I cut a piece of water color paper and washed some water over it to wet it. I then applied Crushed Curry ink to my clear block E directly from the ink pad and then spritzed it with some water. I then stamped it down on the water color paper. I dried it with my heat tool. I stamped the flowers, centers and stems with Pebbled Path ink with the Cheerful Daisies set. I then stamped the sentiment from Something Fancy stamp set in VersaMark ink on a piece of Pebbled Path card stock and heat embossed it with white embossing powder and my heat tool. I cut it out with the label die from the Cheerful Daisies dies. I added some Brushed Brass Butterflies on then layered it with the Pebbled Path base and another piece of that same card stock embossed with the Basics 3D embossing folder. I wanted to keep it simple for a guest coming to my card classes this week that just lost her mother in law.
I hope you have a beautiful Wednesday and thanks for stopping by!

Florets Gift Bags

I used the retired Fitting Florets DSP to decorated my kraft gift bags from Aamazon for my guests to take their cards home from classes this week. I also cut the white oval from the Framed Florets dies then stamped the sentiment from the Country Bouquet set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I stamped the Framed Florets flowers with leaves in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a piece of white card stock and colored them with some retired blends in rich Razzleberry, Mango Melody and Soft Succulent. I cut them with the matching dies and popped them on the white oval. I added a few Brushed Brass Butterflies to finish them off.
Have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!

You Are Legendary

For my last class card for May classes this week, I wanted to do a masculine card that can be for Father's Day or a birthday or any time really! I started with a Night of Navy base and added a strip of silver foil embossed with the Metal Plate embossing folder. I then cut a piece of white card stock for my background. I used my blending brushes to add the new Boho Blue ink to the top and the new Wild Wheat ink to the bottom. I also stamped some weeds in the same Wild Wheat ink to the bottom. I then stamped the motorcycle in Nigh of Navy ink and the flame in the new Copper Clay ink from the Legendary Ride set on white card stock and cut them out with the matching dies. I stamped the sentiment in Copper Clay ink and then cut a Crushed Curry half moon from the Greatest Journey dies.
I like seeing some of the new inks come together!

I hope you have a blessed Monday and thanks for stopping by!

Just For You With Natural Prints

I just love this wreath esp in white on a bright blue background...then add this new lovely Lemon Lolly yellow and I am happy! I designed this card for my 4th card for May classes coming up next week.
I have a white base and then a layer of Blueberry Bushel card stock ran through with the Fern 3D embossing folder. I cut the wreath in white card stock from the Natural Prints dies along with the Lemon Lolly stems. I then stamped the floral pieces from the Nature's prints stamp set on white card stock in Blueberry Bushel ink and the new Azure Afternoon ink and cut them with the same die set. The flower is sponged in Lemon Lolly ink with a sponge dauber. I finally stamped the sentiment from Celebrate You stamp set in Azure Afternoon on the banner cut from the Meadow dies in Lemon Lolly card stock plus added a white twine bow to finish it off.

Hope you have a beautiful Mother's Day weekend!

Thanks Tropical Leaf

I did a little casing for my next class card for May from the lovely Heidi Collins over at onygostamping.com  You can see her creation here.  This is an online exclusive bundle called tropical Leaf so you will not find it in the new catalog.  I have a white base and piece of Parakeet Party card stock layered on. I stamped the stems across a few times in Pretty Peacock ink. I then cut a Deckled Rectangles in white and one in Pretty Peacock card stocks to add. I stamped the stems again in Peacock ink on the white and the sentiment in same color of a white circle punched with the 1 3/4" circle punch. I then stamped on white card stock the leaves three times in Parakeet Party ink and then two stamped with the veins in Peacock ink. I punched them out with the Tropical Leaf punch. I finished it off with a few rustic metallic dots.

Hope you have awesome day and thanks for stopping by!

An Authentic Pals Blog Hop Card

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month, we have a Tic Tac Toe theme. We really hope that you will be inspired by all the amazing creations the Pals are sharing with you! As you hop from blog to blog, we love reading your comments. Then, you will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

My card today for the tic-tac-toe is the first row/column down with fancy fold, Father's Day and twine. I used the Legendary Ride bundle plus the Metal Plate embossing folder to create a twist fold card. My twist may not be perfect but it was fun to make. I have a Basic Black piece of card stock 8 1/2" by 4 1/4" scored at 5 1/2". Then I scored one side/flap diagonal  from 4 1/4" in to the corner then flipped it.  On the outside, I placed a piece of silver foil embossed with the Metal Plate embossing folder on the left end and cut a square of Basic Black card stock and then another smaller in Basic White to add to my flap. I did stamp the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black and added the black/white twine around before attaching. I then cut all the pieces from Basic Black, Red Red card stocks and silver foil for my motorcycle plus a red flame from the Legendary Ride dies. Inside, I added two more strips of the silver embossed with the Metal Plate embossing folder cut 1" by 4 1/8" plus a white piece of card stock where I stamped a Real Red flame. I then cut a label die from the Cheerful Daisies dies in white to stamp the sentiment from Celebrate You stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black.

More inspiration awaits, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. The Pals are very excited to show you what they’ve created! Then, please mark your calendars for our next blog hop on June 14th, when our theme will be showcasing the New 2023-2025 In Colors.

Until then, have fun in your craft space.

Totally Awesome Ocean Deep

I love this card and the new Beauty of the Deep bundle for my class card for May. I have a Calypso Coral base and a layer of Basic White card stock. I then ran a piece of Coastal Cabana card stock through one of the Basic 3D embossing folders (the embossed image looks like starfish). I cut a piece of Basic White card stock for my scene and stamped the splatter a little in Coastal Cabana ink. I stamped the small fish in Lost Lagoon ink and the angel fish in Calypso Coral on a piece of white card stock along with the anchor in Pebbled Path ink and cut them with the matching dies. I also cut a Calypso Coral piece of coral. I added a little extra color with my Daffodil Delight blends marker to the angel fish before popping on. I cut the label die from the Waves dies in white card stock and stamped the sentiment in Coastal Cabana ink from the Waves of Inspiration set. I tied some recently retired Coastal Cabana twine around to finish it off.
Hope you have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!

Brightest Birthday Daisies

This is my first card for May classes and I had to use the Fresh As A Daisy suite! This is already a fav from the new annual catalog and I love the new colors together- Moody Mauve and Bubble Bath! Here I used a Moody Mauve base and layered a piece of Bubble Bath card stock and a strip of the Fresh As A Daisy DSP. I then stamped the flowers in Moody Mauve and Bubble Bath inks and the leaves in Old Olive ink on a piece of white card stock from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set. I cut them out with the matching dies. I stamped the sentiment in Mauve ink on a white label also cut from the Cheerful Daisies dies.  I add some white dies for more texture behind and finished off with iridescent pearls.

Hope you have a fab Monday and thanks for stopping by!

GDP392 A Ocean Scene With Love

I love the Beauty of the Deep bundle. I am using it to case the designer Charlet Mallett over at global-design-project.com this week. I love her water color look background with splatter elements plus the layout. I used a Calypso Coral base I stamped with the splatter stamp in Memento Tuxedo Black ink around the edges. I have a piece of water color paper for my background. I inked up my clear block E in Coastal Cabana ink and spritzed it with water and stamped it on the water color paper to make a background. I sprayed more water on and used my heat to dry. I stamped with the splatter stamp around in Coastal Cabana ink. I stamped the sea grass in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and on another piece of white card stock I used that ink to stamp the angel fish coloring a little with my light Flirty Flamingo blend and an anchor. I also stamped another anchor in Pebbled Path ink and the coral in Calypso Coral ink. I cut all out with the matching dies. I cut a black banner with the Stylish Shapes dies and heat embossed in white embossing powder the sentiment from Tropical Leaf stamp set. I finished off with two black matte dots.

My amazing son Cole is graduating tonight from the University of Central Florida!

I am so proud of him!
Thanks for stopping by and have an awesome weekend! Happy Cinco de Mayo today!

I am playing with these daisies again using some left over pieces from my classes last month. I have a Flirty Flamingo base with 1.75" cut off the top. Inside, I have a white piece of card stock with the strip of Hello, Irresistible DSP on the bottom so can see it from the outside with some Parakeet Party twine wrapped around plus a bow. Thinking Of Daisies and New Annual Catalog Today

This card was pretty fast and easy as I used a white base and layered a piece of Lemon Lolly card stock and a piece of Fresh As A Daisy DSP that looks like a blue sky.  I cut the large die from Cheerful Daisies dies in white then sponged on Lemon Lolly ink in the centers of the flowers and Granny Apple Green ink for the leaves. I cut the label from the same dies in white and stamped the sentiment from the Season Of Chic set in Azure Afternoon ink. I finished with some Lemon Lolly solid gems around.

Today is the first day of the new SU! annual catty where you can shop these new products and new colors like Lemon Lolly and Azure Afternoon. Just hit my shop now button up on the top to see more!
Thanks for stopping by and happy shopping/stamping!

PP638 Daisies For May Flowers

 Happy May Day!

I am playing again with the lovely Fresh As A Daisy suite today for Anne Marie's tic-tac-toe challenge over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com  I went diagonally with bright colors, die cut and birthday but I also have a fun fold.
I made a Z fold card with a white base. I added another piece of white card stock inside with a strip of the Fresh As A Daisy DSP. On the front I have a strip of the new Lemon Lolly card stock on the left panel. I cut a white piece of card stock and layered a piece of the DSP then added daisies I cut in white from the Cheerful Daisies dies. I did blend a little Lemon Lolly ink on the top flowers and added the solid gem in Lolly to the centers. I also cut the white stems plus the label in white from those dies for my sentiment stamped in Garden Green ink with the Cheerful Daisies set. I finished it off with a little bow I had left over from another project in Parakeet Party twine.
Hope you have a beautiful Monday and first day of May!
Thanks for stopping by!
