FabFri148 Barn Door Blessings

I looked long and hard at each of my sets.
When I saw my Barn Door set, I thought an orange barn door...yes!
I stamped the door on Pumpkin Pie card stock in Memento Tuxedo Black.
I cut it out with the matching die. I stamped the wreath twice- once in Pie and
then in Gorgeous Grape.  I cut the Grape out with the matching die
and then cut the bow out with the die for it.
I layered the Pie bow on the wreath over the Grape one.
I cut the little handle in black card stock with die also.
I stamped the sentiment from the set in Grape
then layered some Grape card behind the white and placed
it on a Basic Black base to finish it off.
Hope you can head over and play with the great color challenge
this week at fabfridaystampinchallenge.blogspot.com

Have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!

Dashing Deer Gift Bags For Classes

As you know I like to give my guests at classes
something they can carry their handmade cards home.
This month I decorated white gift bags with a holiday
theme so they can use them again.
I layered some Dashing Long DSP cut 4" by 6".
I cut a Stitched Seasons label in white and stamped a sentiment
from Hearts Come Home set in Garden Green ink.
I cut the deer from the champagne foil with matching die and added a
Cherry Cobbler bow from the Alpine Sports dies to him.
I added some greenery on both sides from the same Detailed Deer dies.
Quick and easy for the holidays!
Hope you have a blessed Wednesday and thanks for stopping by!

CTS293 Hug A Snowflake

I love the background you can make with this Beautiful Blizzard set.
So when I saw this sketch, I knew what to do.
I stamped the background on white card stock in Bermuda Bay a few times
after stamping off to make it lighter.
I then stamped Bay snoflakes over it. I cut a 1 " by 4" strip
in Bermuda Bay card stock and heat embossed the sentiment
in white emboss powder.  I cut the snowflake die
from the Blizzard thinlits dies and colored the rhinestone
with the Bermuda Bay dark Stampin Blends marker.
Adding it to the Bermuda bay base was the finishing touch.
Hope you can play along over at casethissketch.blogspot.com

Thanks for stopping by!
Have ablessed day!

A Winter Woods Scene

I made a sweet winter scene for my last Christmas card for classes this week.
I stamped the background trees in Crumb Cake
on a piece of Whisper White card stock.
I ran it through the Big Shot with the Softly Falling embossing folder.
I cut the snow hill in White card stock with the Into The Woods dies.
I stamped the sentiment in Real Red.
I stamped the trees in Shaded Spruce.  The front one is full on ink and
the second one behind is stamped off once to make lighter.
They are cut with the matching dies.
Hope you enjoy your Monday and thanks for stopping by!

A Christmas Greeting

The Alpine Adventures bundle is so much fun.
I enjoyed designing with this set for this month's fourth
Christmas card for classes.
I started with the white background ran through the big shot with
the Swirls & Curls embossing folder.
I layered it on a Cherry Cobbler base.
I added a piece of the Festive farmhouse DSP in a cute plaid design
to the side and a Gray Granite circle to the other side.
I layered the cherry sled on it and stamped the snow shoes
in Early Espresso and the wreath in Mossy Meadow ink.
All cut with the matching dies called Alpine Sports thinslits dies.
I stamped the sentiment in Gray Granite on a small
white oval and finished it off with a Cherry twine bow on my wreath.

Hope you have a blessed Sunday ans thanks for stopping by!

A Brightly Shining Star

I am excited about the Gorgeous Grape card stock
making this third card for Christmas Classes this month so awesome!
I stamped the star from the Illuminated Christmas set in Grape
on the base. I then stamped the image in
Memento Tuxedo Black on the thick White stitched square.
I used my Stampin Blends to color the wise men.
I also stamped the sentiment from the set in black
on the Smoky Slate banner.
I used the Stained Glass thinlits dies to make the frame
in Smoky Slate card stock and added some bling with rhinestones.

I love the way this card turned out but I did get a bit of the idea
for the layout from the holiday catty page 15.

Hope you have a bright and shiny weekend
and thanks for stopping by!

A Dashing Deer

I love the Dashing Along DSP which was a promo
last month so I got lots for Christmas card classes this month
and used it on this second card for classes.
I layered it on a piece of Garden Green and the a Very Vanilla base
tying some ribbon around with a bow.
I added the two label dies in Very Vanilla and Garden Green
cut with the Stitched Seasons dies.
I stamped the deer from Dashing Deer in Cherry Cobbler and
used a Early Espresso marker for the antlers.
It was cut with the matching die set called Detailed Deer.
I used a label die from Petals & More thinslits dies
for the sentiment stamped in Garden Green on Vanilla.

Hope you enjoy your weekend and thanks for stopping by!
