Blushing Bloom Just For You With The Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month’s Flowers in Bloom theme couldn’t be more perfect for the month of May when everything starts to feel alive again! From soft petals to bold blooms, today’s projects are packed with fresh floral inspiration to help you create something beautiful. Whether you love clean and simple designs or layers of color and texture, you’re going to love hopping along with us!

I love the new in color called Barely Blush and wanted to feature it today with the blooms blog hop! I have it as a base and then I used another layer to run through the Eyelet Blooms die which has it own blooms! I then stamped the large flower from the Simply Beautiful set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a white die cut from the Simply Beautiful dies and colored it with the Barley Blush Stampin Blends markers. I then cut another larger white die from that die set and stamped some on the bottom in the same Blush color with a small flower stamp from the same set to add some color to that back die. I stamped the sentiment from the Unbounded Love stamp set in Black ink on white card stock and hand snipped it out. I finished with several pearlized faceted circles in pink. I already gave this to my neighbor for her birthday last week who is a pink lover!

Thank you for stopping by and hopping with us today! We hope our Flowers in Bloom projects brought you lots of creative inspiration. Next month we’ll be sharing projects featuring the NEW In Color family, and we can’t wait to show you just how amazing these fresh new colors are.

Now it’s time to keep the inspiration going! Follow the lineup below to see even more great projects! And I hope to see you again next month.

Big Scenic Coast Birthday!

I made this card for my stepfather's birthday in May. I used the Scenic Coast DSP both of the background and the lighthouse cut from the Sunset Coast dies on top. I then popped these on a Timid Tiger base. I stamped the sentiment from the Big Little Things set in Timid Tiger ink on a white/gold banner from a Paper Pumpkin kit. I also cut the fence from the same Sunset Coast dies in Night of Navy ink.
I hope you have a fun Monday and thanks for stopping by!

Thank You Flamingo Tag

While I had my retired Friendly Flamingo set out, I made a tag for a friend to put on a gift of bubbly. I have a Soft Sea Foam tag cut from the Country Corners dies and a hold punched on the top. I stamped the flamingo in Flirty Flamingo ink as wel as the floral piece in Granny Apple Green ink on white card stock and hand snipped them out to pop on my tag. I punched the white Triple Banner to add my sentiment from the retired Seaside Bay set in Flirty Flamingo ink. I finised off with some gold glitter gems for bling and gold striped ribbon with a little Calypso Coral twine tied in a bow.
Have a sweet day and thanks for stopping by!

Flamingo For Mother's Day

My mother loves flamingos just as I do so she is getting one for Mother's day this year! On a card! This is a retired set called Friendly Flamingo I inked up for a gate fold card. I have a white base cut 4.25" by 8.5" and scored on long side at 2 1/8" on each side for the gate fold. I added some panels on the front from the Painted Illusions DSP cut 2" by 5 3/8"  I cut two white Everyday Arches dies for front and inside. Inside, I added the large one to a piece of Flirty Flamingo card stock. I stamped the leaves in Lemon Lime Twist ink and popped some flowers in Flirty Flamingo card stock cut from the Happy Hibiscus dies. I also added some iridescent discs in white to the middle of the flowers.
On the white arch die on the front, I stamped the flamingo in Flirty Flamingo ink and popped it to one side of the gate fold. I then cut several Lemon Lime Twist flowers again from the Happy Hibiscus dies and added the centers aroeund my sentoment.
The sentiment is stamped in versaMark ink on a piece of Flirty Flamingo card stock from the retired Daffodil Daydream set and heat emboosed in white embossing powder and my heat tool. I cut it out with the new Sweet Words & Lables dies.
Hope you have a fab day and thanks for stopping by!

PP782 Love You Baby

Playing along with a clean and simple baby animal challenge this week with Christy over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com and I am using a new SU! in color called Hydrangea Hue which is a beautiful blue color! I was going to make my son a card to mail to him this week and this challenge worked out with the baby elephant from the Big Little Things set and this blue is a perfect shade. I stamped the baby on a white label cut from the Nested Essentials dies and popped on a white background card stock ran through with the Forever Plaid embossing folder and added to the Hydrangea Hue base. I then stamped the sentiment from the same set in VersaMark ink on a Triple Banner punch in Hydrangea Hue card stock and heat embossed with white embossing powder and my heat tool. I finished it with a iridescent rhinestone.
Hope you have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by!

Happy Shelling Birthday For The Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month’s Stampin’ Pretty Pals Blog Hop is all about the Male Room theme—because the men in our lives deserve handmade cards too! Whether you’re creating for a dad, husband, son, grandson, brother, or friend, this hop is packed with ideas to help you craft something special. Today, the Pals are sharing male-themed card designs using Stampin’ Up! products, from bright and playful styles to classic looks and quick-and-easy layouts. If you’re looking for fresh inspiration (or just a good reason to dive into your craft room), you’re in the perfect place.

I made this card for a male friend and neighbor's birthday this weekend using three beachy sets, some heat embossing and blending brushes. I have a Secret Sea base cut at 4.25" by 5.5" and I layered with a piece of white card stock that I blended three inks with my blending brushes- Secret Sea, Lost Lagoon, and Pecan Pie. I then stamped the shells from the Shell Collecting stamp set with Versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder and my heat tool to make the background. I then cut a piece of Lost Lagoon card stock 3" by 8" and scored in half at 4" on the long side. I added a piece of white card stock inside which I blended some more Pecan Pie ink and stamped some small starfish from the Beach Time stamp set in the same ink. I then stamped the shells again in VersaMark ink on white card stock and heat embossed them in white embossing powder with my heat tool. I then blended the inks over them before hand snipping them out. I arranged them on the front and added some holographic sequin around. I stamped the sentiment in Secret Sea ink from the Boardwalk Fun stamp set on a white label cut from the Rectangle Stitched dies.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Keep the inspiration going! I hope my project inspired you to create something special for the guys in your life. Be sure to continue along the hop for even more Male Room inspiration from the Stampin’ Pretty Pals. Next month will be Flowers in Bloom, so mark your calendars!
