PP643 An Azure Ocean Birthday

I am playing along with Anne's theme challenge over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com today with a masculine birthday card using the On The Ocean bundle and a color combo from my upline Mary Fish over at stampinpretty.com She had 5 color combos with the lovely new Azure Afternoon. Here, I did Azure with Lemon Lolly and Pebbled Path. I have a white base and piece of Azure embossed with the Basics 3D embossing folder. I have a white piece of card stock that I stamped water on the bottom in Azure afternoon ink. I then blended Lemon Lolly ink with my blending brush on the top and then stamped the birds in Azure ink. I stamped the ship in Pebbled Path ink on a piece of white cards tock and then cut it out with the matching die. I stamped the sentiment in Azure ink on white card stock and cut it out with the Something Fancy dies.
Hope you have a beautiful weekend and thanks for stopping by!

PP641 Hello Lost Lagoon

I thought this large leaf image would look lovely in Lost Lagoon ink for Joanne's clean and simple one image challenge over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com this week. I stamped it from the Nature's Prints set in the returning color Lost Lagoon on a piece of white card and cut it out with the matching Natural Prints dies. I popped it on a piece of white card stock cut/embossed with the Stitched With Whimsy dies. I then stamped the sentiment from same set and ink on a white circle punched with the 1 3/4" circle punch. I added some clear milky gloss dots on before adding all to the Lost Lagoon base.

Hope you have a lovely Monday and thanks for stopping by!

On My Mind With Daisies

I felt like pulling out some of this pretty Fresh As A Daisy DSP to play with along with the matching bundle today. I used a white base and a layer of Early Espresso card stock and then this lovely print of DSP. I wrapped some the new Pebbled Path jute twine around before attaching and added a bow. I had a white oval laying on my desk from other projects I cut with the Framed florets dies. I stamped the sentiment in Early Espresso ink from the Nature's Prints stamp set (which is light looking due to the thin lines of the script). I cut white daisies and leaves from the Cheerful Daisies dies. I added some Early espresso ink to the left one with a sponge dauber and a marker. I added the ink with a marker on the right one. I cut the insides with Crushed Curry card stock. I sponged Garden Green ink on the three white leaves. I finished off with some yellow milky dots.

Hope you have a beautiful weekend and thanks for stopping by!

PP640 XOXO

I love Jaydee's color challenge this week over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com  I had fun as I thought about this bundle called Tropical Leaf and my lovely prints from Lilly Pulitzer which are full of pinks and bright greens. I have a Basic Black base, a layer of Granny Apple Green card stock and a layer of silver foil plus a layer of the new Bubble Bath card stock which is such a pretty pink! I stamped the stems in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on the pink background. I then stamped the large leaf from the set in Bubble Bath ink and sponged some Granny Apple Green ink on before stamping on white card stock. I did this three times and punched them out with the matching punch. I also did this three times with just Granny apple Green ink for the leaves. I arranged my leaves on and add some bling with rhinestones for more silver. I then stamped the sentiment in VersaMark ink on black card stock and added white embossing powder. I used my heat tool to emboss the sentiment and then cut with the label die from the Waves dies. I ran some white twine through to wrap around to finish it off.

Hope you have a fun and blessed Thursday!

Thanks for stopping by!

With Deepest Sympathy

I got inspiration from a card from Kim Fee over at simplyfairies.co.uk and you can see her card here
I cut a piece of water color paper and washed some water over it to wet it. I then applied Crushed Curry ink to my clear block E directly from the ink pad and then spritzed it with some water. I then stamped it down on the water color paper. I dried it with my heat tool. I stamped the flowers, centers and stems with Pebbled Path ink with the Cheerful Daisies set. I then stamped the sentiment from Something Fancy stamp set in VersaMark ink on a piece of Pebbled Path card stock and heat embossed it with white embossing powder and my heat tool. I cut it out with the label die from the Cheerful Daisies dies. I added some Brushed Brass Butterflies on then layered it with the Pebbled Path base and another piece of that same card stock embossed with the Basics 3D embossing folder. I wanted to keep it simple for a guest coming to my card classes this week that just lost her mother in law.
I hope you have a beautiful Wednesday and thanks for stopping by!

Florets Gift Bags

I used the retired Fitting Florets DSP to decorated my kraft gift bags from Aamazon for my guests to take their cards home from classes this week. I also cut the white oval from the Framed Florets dies then stamped the sentiment from the Country Bouquet set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I stamped the Framed Florets flowers with leaves in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a piece of white card stock and colored them with some retired blends in rich Razzleberry, Mango Melody and Soft Succulent. I cut them with the matching dies and popped them on the white oval. I added a few Brushed Brass Butterflies to finish them off.
Have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!
