Wishing You Good Things

I felt like playing this week with the retiring in colors- Peach Pie, Summer Splash, Shy Shamrock, Pretty In pink and Petunia Pop. I stamped all these colors with my Shell Collecting stamp set on white card stock and hand snipped them out to pop on a piece of the Summer Splash DSP, a layer of white card stock and a Summer Splash base. I stamped the sentiment in Summer Splash ink from the Banner Sayings set on a white banner punched with the Triple Banner punch. I added some Peach Pie dots to finish. I have sent this off to my son in the mail!
Have a beautifil day and thanks for stopping by!

Enjoy The Birthday Ride With The Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month’s Stampin’ Pretty Pals Blog Hop is all about Birthday Celebrations. If you’re looking for fresh inspiration—or just a good excuse to pull out those gorgeous craft supplies—you’re in the right place. Today, the Pals are sharing a variety of birthday-themed card ideas using Stampin’ Up! products. Whether you love bright and playful designs, elegant birthday greetings, or quick and simple projects, you’ll find plenty of inspiration along the hop.

I made a birthday card for my son, Cole, for his 28th birthday yesterday March 10th! I have a Z fold card with a Real Red base. I used the Beach Boardwalk DSP on the front and inside. I stamped on the inside with card stock with Real Red ink using the Boardwalk Fun set. I then cut the black ferris wheel with some Real Red seats from the Boardwalk fun dies. I popped them on a white square and stamped the sentiment on white card stock in Red ink and cut with Stylish Shapes circle.

Keep the inspiration going! Follow the lineup below to hop through each blog and enjoy the great ideas. And next month we’re creating Male Room projects for the guys, young and old, in our lives. You won’t want to miss it!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a beautiful week!

The Journey

I made this card for my daughter this week with the Unbridled Beauty set. I have a Basic Beige base and then a layer of Gathering Together DSP and plus a Everyday Arches die cut in another print of that DSP. I stamped the grass in Early Espresso ink on the die and then popped up my horse stamped in same ink on a piece of Pecan Pie card stock and hand snipped. I stamped the sentiment in VersaMark ink and heat embossed in white embossing powder on a Early Espresso Nested Essentials banner die. I finished with some metallic gems.

You're Gold

I made this card for my daughter for St Patrick's Day coming up next month. I used the Painted Illusions DSP on my white base. I then cut a Branching Out white die along with a Granny Apple Green one. I stamped the pot in Memento Tuxedo Black ink from the Good Luck set and then colored the center clover with the Granny Apple Green marker. I stamped the gold in VersaMark ink along with the sentiment and heat embossed it with the heat tool and the gold embossing powder. I finished it off with some gold sparkle gems.

Fun In The Sun

Another simple card for my son who loves the pool and beach like me! I have the used the Beach Boardwalk for the background so it looks like water. I added it to the Secret Sea base and a piece of Pool Party card stock. I then stamped the shells on white card stock in Gray Granite, Pool Party and Secret Sea inks with the Shell Collecting set and cut them out by hand. I poppped them on along with the sentiment stamped from the Beach Time set in Secret Sea ink on a white Triple Banner punched in white card stock.
Hope you have a fun day and thanks for stopping by!
