Unbridled Beauty For The Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

Welcome to our “Animal House” blog hop! This month, we’re having fun with all kinds of adorable animals, butterflies, and critters. If you’re looking for inspiration—or just a good excuse to play with your craft supplies—you’re in the right place! The Pals are sharing card ideas and paper-crafting creations featuring Stampin’ Up! products, and we hope you’ll find something that inspires you to create along with us. So, let’s get started and see what’s happening in our Animal House!

I wanted to make a fun fold and use my fav animal to make this card for my daughter. Her favorite animal is a wolf but she did use to ride horses when she was in middle school. So I used the sentiment "Sweet Memories" for her.
For this easel card, I have a Hydrangea Hue base with a piece of Gingham Gallery DSP in that color on the front top. I then cut three Everyday Arches dies in white, Hydrangea Hue and Gingham Gallery DSP in the Golden Glow color. I did use a blending brush to add some Hydrangea Hue ink to the white die and stamped the grass in Golden Glow from the Unbridled Beauty stamp set. I stamped the horse on white card stock in VersaMark ink and heat embossed with copper emboss powder. I then stamped the sentiment on Hydrangea Hue card stock in same ink and used same emboss powder to heat. I hand snipped them out. I did color the horse with Golden Glow Stampin Blends after I snipped it out.
For the inside to hold the easel up, I stamped horseshoes in Hydrangea Hue ink on a strip of the same color plus added a strip of the Gingham Gallery DSP in Golden Glow
I really love the copper embossing and the fun fold!

Keep the inspiration going! Follow the lineup below to hop through each blog and see what the Pals have created for our “Animal House” theme. We hope you’ve found plenty of ideas to inspire your own creativity!

And be sure to join us next month when we’ll be creating with an “Autumn” theme. You won’t want to miss what the Pals have in store!

Happiness Floats

Another card for my son already mailed out. He loves red, white, and blue! I have a Real Red base and a piece of white card stock ran through the Soft Waves embossing folder. I then blended Real Red and Azure Afternoon inks with the blending brushes on top. I cut a white Spotlight On Nature die to stamp the sentiment from the Splash & Relax set in Real Red ink. I then cut out the cup in white and Real Red card stocks, the sunglasses in Azure Afternoon and Basic Black card stocks and then stamped the balls in those colors as well as the float to cut with the matching dies.
Hope you have a wonderful weekend celebrating!

PP792 Relax

I am playing with Joanne's sketch challenge this week over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com and this card is another for my son I grabbed some blue and gold. I wanted to use the gingham paper on everything so I started with it from the Gingham Gallery DSP pack in Hydrangea Hue with a piece of the same color behind on a white base. I then cut a strip of Golden Glow card stock and ran it through the Timber embossing folder. I stamped the sentiment from the Relaxing Waterside set in Secret Sea ink on a piece of white card stock. I stamped the chair and bird in Pecan Pie ink from the same set on white card stock. I colored the chair with the light Golden Glow Stampin Blends marker and the bird with the light Hydrangea Hue marker. I cut them out with the matching dies and finsihed with Hydrangea Hue dots.
Hope you can play along and have a beautiful day!

Birthday Triangle Treat Box For My Girl

I made a treat box to hold my daughter's lip gloss for her upcoming birthday! Check out the box from thepaperpixie.com here  My friend and fellow demo, Julie DiMatteo, always has what I need to make a 3D project.  I have a piece of Fresh Freesia card stock for my triangle box. I used different Lighter Than Air DSP patterns on all three sides. I used the cutouts from a retired emphera pack probabaly two years old. Sorry can't remember the name of this one. I tied a bow around with Fresh Freesia seam binding ribbon and added some silver sparkle gems from a Paper Pumpkin kit. I stamped the sentiment from Simply Said set in Blue berry Bushel ink on a Fresh Freesia die cut with the Spotlight On Nature dies.
My ends did not come out perfect so no photo of those.
Have a w wonderful week and thanks for stopping by!

PP791 Hello Sunshine For Her!

I made a card yesterday for this challenge but then decided it was not really clean and simple but go check it out. I am playing along today with Jan's clean and simple weather challenge over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com   I have a Coastal Cabana base and another layer on top ran through with the Soft Waves embossing folder in the same card stock color. I then cut the white with the Textured Notes dies and stamped the sun from the Summer Happiness set in Crushed Curry and the sentiment from the Splash & Relax stamp set in Coastal Cabana ink. I am sending it off to my daughter before she heads this way for July!
Have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!

Hello Sunshine!

I made this card for The Paper Players clean and simple weather challenge over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com but I then decided it was not so clean and simple with lots of white space. I have made another for tomorrow to post for that challenge but this card will go out today to my son! I have used the Splash & Relax bundle as well as the Summer Happiness stamps. I have a Night Of Navy base and a layer of Coastal Cabana ran through with the Soft Waves embossing folder. I then cut a Textured Notes panel in white and added three colors with my blending brushes. I added Crisp Cantaloupe, Daffodil Delight, and Coastal Cabana inks. I then stamped the sun from the Summer Happiness set in Crushed Curry ink and the sentiment from the Splash & Relax set in Night Of Navy. I stamped on white card stock the beachballs in Coastal Cabana and Night Of Navy inks and cut with matching dies. I finished with some iridescent sequin.
Thanks for stopping by and come look tomorrow for another version for the clean and simple challenge!

Coastal Inspiration

A quick card for my son Cole using some great new products from SU! I have a white base and another layer of the Scenic Coast DSP. I then cut a white piece of cards tock to go on top but first I ran it through the Soft waves embossing folder. I then cut the middle with the Sunset Coast dies. I stamped the sentiment from the Paper Pumpkin kit called lakeside Retreat (April 2026) on a white banner from a kit in Secret Sea ink. I finished with some Secret Sea dots.
Hope you have abeautiful day and thanks for stopping by!
