PP696 Hello Baby

I love the tic-tac-toe challenges and I went with the first row with stars, bling and blue. For Anne Marie's challenge this week over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com I used a white base and a piece of Balmy Blue card stock. I then cut a white strip to stamp the stars and sentiments in Memento Tuxedo Black ink from the long retired Moon Baby set. I colored the stars in dark Lemon Lolly Stampin Blends. I then stamped the moon image plus sentiment on a white stitched circle in Black ink and colored again with the Lemon Lolly plus Balmy Blue and SU900 Blends. I also stamped a small star to pop up under the moon after coloring. I added rhinestones around for the bling. Envelope stamped in Balmy Blue ink.
I needed a baby card and this all worked out perfectly.

Hope you have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by!

Splash Day

I love the dolphins in this set. I used Under The Moon set from the new annual catty on a piece of white card stock. I stamped the sun in Daffodil Delight ink, the water and the dolphins in Azure Afternoon ink. I then stamped the sentiment from the Lasting Joy set on the strip of white in Calypso Coral ink. I added these to the white piece cut from the Perennial Postage dies and a Azure Afternoon base. I finished with some iridescent gems.in the water. I did a little casing from the catty on page 89 but had to use the dolphins.

Happy For Wedding Cards!

My son needs 3 wedding cards for this month of June so I made some easy ones in white and gold. I have a white base and another layer of white card stock. I then cut a smaller white piece to heat emboss the image and sentiment from This Day Forward set which retired years ago. I also used the Delicate Edges dies in white.

A Wedding Card With Countryside Inn

I have a wedding shower to go to in a few weeks and the theme is blue and we even need to wear blue so I made a lovely blue wedding card. I have a Night of Navy base and the a layer of Countryside Inn DSP and then a piece of Boho Blue card stock layered with a piece of Night Of Navy that I heat embossed in white embossing powder. I grabbed the long retired stamp set called This Day Forward which happens to be my only wedding like set. I stamped the image and the sentiment in VersaMark ink and used my heat tool. I stamped a few butterflies from the set on the envelope in Boho Blue ink and inside i stamped Congratulations and more butterflies in same ink.
Hope you have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!
