Happy Birthday Open Sea!

This is my other masculine card for a card class in a few weeks.  I love this set and use it often!  I cased this card from one of my stamping Pals from a swap at Convention this year.  I now do not have the name of whom I cased from but when find it,  I will give credit.  I stamped the background with the chart stamp in the set and made my own designer paper.
