PP756 Amazing Changing Leaves

I love to watercolor and normally I am not good at it but when you heat emboss and color in the lines, it is pretty easy! I am playing along with Jan's watercolor challenge over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com this week! I grabbed some fall colors I like together- Blackberry Bliss, Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler to water color with my water painter on my copper embossed leaves. I used some water color paper and heat embossed copper embossing powder after stamping the leaves three time in VersaMark ink with the Changing Leaves stamp set. I cut them with the matching dies as well as the Blackberry Bliss label which I also heat embossed from that set with a sentiment. I popped all on a white piece of card stock ran through the Plaid Forever embossing folder and layered with Blackberry Bliss card stock and a white base. I finished with some copper gems.
This card is on its way to my son and I am off to see my girl at school so see you October 6th!
Hope you have beautiful Thursday and weekend!

The Best In Gathering Together

I love the acorns some I stamped several in from the Gathering Moments set in Early Espresso ink on Basic Beige card stock and colored with my Stampin Blends markers in light Cajun Craze and light Crumb Cake then cut them out with the matching dies. I have a Basic Beige base then a layer of Gathering Together DSP in a Espresso wood print and another in a leaves print. I have a strip of Cajun Craze card stock behind the Autumn Leaves label die in Basic Beige card stock stamped in Early Espresso ink from the Label Me Grateful stamp set with the sentiment. I also stamped some leaves on Basic Beige card stock from the Gathering Moments set in Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze and Early Espresso inks and cut with the matching dies. I finished off with some Cajun craze/gold dots and a linen thread bow.

Grateful In Blackberry & Pumpkin

I wanted to do the two large leaves from the Gathering Moments dies together with faux stitching again with my white gel pen. I cut one in Blackberry Bliss and the other in Pumpkin pie card stocks. I added them to a Blackberry Base and layer of Pumpkin pie card stock and Gathering Together DSP. Before attaching, I ran the Blackberry Bliss gold edge ribbon around. I stamped the sentiment from the Autumn Leaves set on a Pumpkin Pie die from Autumn Leaves dies in Blackberry Bliss ink. I finished with some gold dots.

Thinking Of Floral Charm

Another double card day! I made two cards from one double sided piece of DSP called Floral Charm DSP. I cut the piece 4" by 5 1/4' from corner to corner diagonally.
The first card has a Night of Navy base and a layer of the same card stock ran through with the Damask Designs embossing folder. I added the colorful floral print of the DSP to the upper corner and the cut a white Branching Out die. I stamped the sentiment from the  Charming Day stamp set in night of Navy ink. I stamped the floral image from the same set in Memento Tuxedo Black on white card stock and colored with my Stampin Blends markers in light Pretty Peacock and light Lost Lagoon on the leaves and light and dark Bubble Bath and light Berry Burst. I cut it out with the matching dies and popped on my label die and finished with some Night Of Navy gems.
On the second card, I have the same elements as the first card except I used the a white Stitched rectangle die to pop my floral image on. I also ran the card stock through with the Softly Sophisticated embossing folder. I stamped the sentiment from Quiet Meadow stamp set in VersaMark ink on a piece of Night Of Navy card stock and then heat embossed in white embossing powder with my heat tool. I finished with Berry Burst gems.

Hope you have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!

Thinking Of You With Thoughtful Journey DSP

Simple card using more of the two tone card stock in Pretty Peacock for the base. I used the dark side for inside and added the white card stock and strip of the Thoughtful Journey DSP. The light color is on the front which I cut a bit of the right side off so you can see the darker color inside. I added a beautiful print from the Thoughtful Journey DSP for a background and cut the light side of the card stock with the Autumn Leaves die. I heat embossed the sentiment from the retired Quiet Meadow set in white embossing powder stamped in VersaMark ink. I added some of the Petal Pink 5/16" Braided Trim to the bottom. I finished with some Pretty Peacock gems. I sent this out last week to my son!
Thanks for stopping by and have a beautiful weekend!

A Trio Of Gathering Together Cards For The Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! The Pals are “Ready for Fall” and hope to inspire you with card and paper craft creations using Stampin’ Up! products. Links to the participant’s blogs can be found at the end of each post to help you “hop” along!

I love fall crafting as I love fall colors and leaves and the feel as I do not get seasons much here at the beach in Florida! I am using the wonderful new Gathering Together DSP and cut it so I can use the triangles on three cards. I cased the idea from Patty Bennett over at pattystamps.com and you can see Patty Bennett's post/video here on how to cut the paper.

The first card uses a Basic beige base and a layer of Cajun Craze card stock. I added the DSP pieces and then cut a Spotlight Ob Nature circle in Early Espresso card stock. I cut a Stylish Shapes circle in Basic beige and stamped the sentiment from the Autumn Leaves stamp set in Cajun Craze ink. I added some leaves cut in Craze, Crushed Curry and gold foil from the Autumn Leaves dies. I finished with Cajun Craze/gold dots.

The second card has a Basic Beige base and a layer of Early Espresso card stock then the pieces of the DSP. I cut a Spotlight On Nature Cajun Craze circle die and a Stylish Shapes circle die in Basic Beige card stock plus stamped the sentiment from the Artistic Leaves stamp set in Early Espresso ink. I cut leaves from the Autumn Leaves dies in gold foil, Early espresso and Crushed Curry card stocks. I finished with the Cajun Craze/gold dots.

Last card has a white base and a layer of Crushed Curry card stock plus the DSP pieces. I cut the Crushed Curry Spotlight On Nature die and a white Stylish Shapes white circle dies to stamp the sentiment in Cajun Craze ink from the Artistic Leaves set. I cut leaves from the Autumn Leaves die in gold foil, Cajun Craze and early espresso card stocks. I finished with Cajun Craze/gold dots.

August 2025 PP Alternates With Farmhouse Florals

I am showing a few slight alternates from the August 2025 Paper Pumpkin kit Farmhouse Florals.
On the top card, I have added extra background stamping in Secret Sea ink and I used the same ink on the note plus two stamps for sentiment. I also added more flowers and some Calypso Coral gems.
On the second top card, I added more background stamping with Calypso Coral ink plus the sentiment in same ink stamped on a white die cut from the Perfectly Pears dies. I also tied a double bow with some Calypso Coral twine.
For the bottom card, I cut about an 1/2" off the top, stamped the background in Darling Ducking ink and same for the tag. Extra flowers added plus some Darling Ducking gems.

Grateful Falling Leaves

I was gifted by one of my uplines a bunch of the two tone card stock. I pulled out the Pretty Peacock to make some fall cards. Here, I have a piece of the card stock for the base and a piece on top ran through with the Leaf Fall embossing folder. I took a piece of sand paper and gently rubbed over to expose the white core in this paper and it looks like I painted white on the leaves. I like the vintage look of it! I cut a Spotlight On Nature die in the same paper to pop my leaves cut from the Autumn Leaves dies. I used Brushed Gold foil and Cajun Craze card stock to cut the leaves. I finished with the sentiment from the Artistic Leaves set in Cajun Craze ink on a white piece of cards tock and Cajun Craze dots.
Have a lovely Monday and thanks for stopping by!

PP753 Florals In Strawberry Slush

I am playing along with Joanne's tic tac toe challenge over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com today across the top with celebration, flowers, stencil! I decided I needed to play with some Strawberry Slush and the stencils or masks called Thankful Garden were perfect as they have two florals to stencil. I used my blending brushes to add Strawberry Slush, Melon Mambo, and Granny Apple Green to the white card stock. I cut them out with the matching dies called Thankful Garden. I popped them on a white Everyday Arches die. I stamped the sentiment from the Artistic Leaves set on a white piece of card stock in Memento Tuxedo Black ink to pop with the pink. I added some Strawberry Slush dots. I have a Strawberry Slush base and a piece of in color DSP in Slush for the background plus a Strawberry Slush ribbon and tie ran around.
Hope you have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!

Grateful Sunflower

This is my first play a few weeks ago with the Sunflower 3D embossing folder. It is really awesome! I used a white card front embossed with the folder and then sponged with daubers with Mossy Meadow, Copper Clay and Darling Duckling inks. I then added it to a Mossy Meadow base. I cut the banner with the Nested Essentials dies in Mossy Meadow card stock. I heat embossed in white embossing powder the sentiment from the Artistic Leaves set. I added the Copper Clay twine bow to finish it.
The colors look darker in person that the photo.
