PP678 Best Birthday With Stippled Roses

 

I am playing along with Anne Marie's sweet sketch challenge this week over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com 

I am using the Softly Stippled DSP for my background on a white base and a strip of a Pool Party print  going landscape and a lovely floral print going portrait. I cut cut a white Everyday Details die circle to add my image I cut from the same DSP pack by hand and sponged on Wild Wheat ink and Pool Party ink. I cut the Pool Party card stock with the Stitched Rectangle dies and heat embossed in white the sentiment from Stippled rose set. I finished off with some Pool Party gems.

Thank You Notes of Nature

 

I used pieces I had cut from classes in January for this card using the Nature's sweetness suite. I have a Pebbled Path base and a white piece of card stock ran through with the Timeworn Type embossing folder. I have a piece of the Nature's Sweetness DSP cut in a strip for the side and holes die cut in from the Notes of Nature dies plus the gold 1/8" faux leather trim ran through and knotted on the ends. I cut a white piece of card stock stamped with the Notes of Nature set in Pebbled Path ink. I then cut the gold foil and the Old Olive leaves from the same dies. I cut the white banner from Stylish Shapes dies for the sentiment stamped in Pebbled Path from the Notes of Nature set. I finished off with some adhesive-backed cork rounds.

Sweet Friend Treat Bags

 

I made a few treat bags for a few friends using celllo bags and tied with some Lemon Lime Twist ribbon. I decorated with the Easter Bunny punch and Highland heather card stock. I stamped the sentiment from the Welcome Easter set in Poppy Parade ink on a white banner cut with the Stylish Shapes dies. I stamped the flowers from the Easter Bunny set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on white card stock and hand snipped them out after coloring with my Stampin Blends markers in Highland Heather, Poppy Parade, Daffodil Delight and Soft Sea Foam.

Thank You Gift Bags

 

I always have something for my guest to carry their cards home from class and today I am sharing the gift bags I decorated for them. I have kraft color bags I grab in bulk from Amazon. I used the Softly Stippled DSP and the stamp set Magnolia Mood. The paper is part of the SAB promo which ends this week on February 29th, 2024. You can earn it for free. The stamp set will be available on March 5th part of new online exclusives. I stamped in Calypso Coral ink on white card stock and cut out with the Perennial Postage dies plus the Coral card stock to layer. I finished off with some pearls.

It's A Good Day

 

Last card for classes this week and I am using the Filled With Happiness set and the Modern Oval punch. I have a white base and a piece of Highland Heather ran through with the 3D folder plus some Lemon Lolly twine ran around with a bow. I then cut a white Perennial Postage die to stamp my image in highland Heather ink. I then stamped the same image in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on another piece of white card stock and punched it out with the Modern Oval punch. I colored it with the Stampin Blends markers before popping it on the center. I added two purple fine shimmer gems on either side.

Thoughts Today

 

Another card for classes this month using the Thoughtful Expressions bundle today! I have a Lost Lagoon base and then another piece of the same card stock cut 4 1/4" by 4" and ran through the Distressed Tile embossing folder. I then cut the white die and stamped the sentiment in Moody Mauve ink. I stamped the flowers and hummingbird on white card stock in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with my Stampin Blends markers and cut with the matching dies. I also cut a few leaves in Lost Lagoon card stock and added the Blooming Pearls to finish it off.

Happy Easter Bunny

 

I got inspiration for my third card for classes this month and my Easter card from Polly Burby Libby's card. I am using the Excellent Eggs bundle. I have a Fresh Freesia base and a white piece of card stock ran through with the 3D embossing folder with large dots. I added the strip of Fresh Freesia plus a Soft Sea Foam ribbon around the middle. I cut the piece of Lighter Than Air DSP with the Stylish Shapes dies plus the banner in white card stock from same dies. I then stamped the egg on white card stock in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored a little with my Stampin Blends markers in dark Soft Sea Foam and light Fresh Freesia. I cut it out with the matching dies. I also stamped and cut the bunny out with same ink. I stamped the sentiment in Fresh freesia on the white banner die and popped on my bunny. I finished with two white dots by the egg.
