FabFri188 Collect Beautiful Moments

I wanted to use some of the Grapefruit rove DSP but the 

color is set to retire in June. 

I grabbed this print and layered it on a white base.

I then stared at my stamp sets and finally decided I wanted to 

up my Waterfront set for the color challenge over at 

fabfridaystampinchallenge.blogspot.com

I stamped on the white Stitched Nested Label for the scene.

I used Pool Party for the water, Blushing Bride for the land, 

Bermuda Bay for the palms, Sahara Sand for trunks and 

Grapefruit Grove for the sun. 

I stamped the sentiment in Bay from the Beautiful Moments set.

I layered another label die in Bay and ran some 

thick Grapefruit Grove twine around and made a tie.

I finished it off with a few Grapefruit Grove gems. 

I like the bright colors together..makes for happy scene!

PP488 Happy Mother's Day Parfum

Yes, this is for my mom and she is getting parfum for 

Mother's Day next week, too.

Perfect timing for the sketch over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com 

I started with the Best Dressed DSP and layered on a Daffodil Delight base.

I then cut a Stitched So Sweetly scallop rectangle from Petal pink card stock.

I stamped the sentiment from Dressed To Impress set

 in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. 

I stamped the flowers and bottle in thick Whisper White car stock

with Memento Black ink and colored them with my Stampin Blends markers.

I used Petal Pink, Lovely Lipstick, Mint Macaron, and Daffodil Delight.

I cut them with the matching dies called All Dressed Up.

I then added some leaves from Nature's Thoughts dies in Mint.

I finish it off with pearls, of course!

I wanted to use this Parisian Beauty bundle again

 before it retires in June 2020.

I pulled out three purples to work the sketch challenge over at 

casethissketch.blogspot.com 

I stamped at bottom of white background Purple Posy, the line 

of Highland Heather then a line of Gorgeous Grape,

I stamped the sentient in Grape. 

I then stamped the tower in Grape on Purple Posy card stock and 

cut it with the matching die. 

It needed more so I stamped the Fleur de Lis in Grape on white card 

stock and cut it with matching die to layer on the middle of tower.

I used a Gorgeous Grape base.

I finished it off with a few Purple Posy gems.

Playing along with a fun sketch over at

 freshlymadesketches.blogspot.com today 

and my Timeless tropical bundle.

I used Mango Melody base and ran another piece of that 

same color through with the Brick & Mortar embossing folder.

I added some braided linen trim on plus a die cut in Calypso Coral card stock.

I then stamped the flower on shimmer white card stock in

Stazon Saddle Brown. I water colored with my aqua painter 

and three colors-Mango Melody, Grapefruit Grove and Real Red.

I cut some leaves in Old Olive to finish it off.

Here For You By The Dock

My first play with the By The Dock bundle.

I used a piece of shimmer white paper to water color a few colors.

for water-Bermuda Bay and sky-Mango Melody.

I stamped the birds from Beautiful Moments set 

in the sky in Early Espresso ink.

I then stamped the dock and the boat in Memento Tuxedo Black ink

and colored them with Stampin Blends markers.

I cut them with the matching dies called Dockside

and popped them up on the water.

I cut a banner in white and stamped in Early Espresso ink

the sentiment from the set.

I layered on a white base to keep it clean and simple.

GDP237 Harry Is Here For You

For the color challenge over at global-design-project.com 

I thought of Harry the octopus and need to stamp him in Melon Mambo. 

I grabbed my Sea Of Textures set and stamp him and cut him out

with the Under The Sea dies.

I then stamped the background on white with the textured stamp

in Mint Macaron 5 times.

 I layered all on a piece of Night of Navy and then a Mint base. 

I cut the net in Navy making sure not all the pieces came out for 

extra texture and stamped the sentiment in Navy

from the By The Dock set. 

A few Mambo dots to finish it off.

FF0057 Get Well Balloons

As soon as I read the list this week for the 

challenge over at festivefridaychallenge.com 

I focused on the balloons and thought when was the last time 

I used my Above The Clouds bundle? 

I used Balloons, Blue, Red and get well sentiment.

I stamped up first my E clear block with some 

Balmy Blue ink and stamped it on a piece of Whisper White.

I then stamped the clouds from the set on white in Balmy

 but when cut them out by hand I flipped them to the white side

to add to my background.

I then stamped the sentiment from Timeless Tulips set in 

Blueberry Bushel ink.

I stamped the balloons and baskets in Blueberry and Poppy Parade

and punched them with the Hot Air Balloon builder punch.

I finished them off with a Poppy Parade glimmer dot and layered on a white base.
