I looked at my straps of DSP on my desk and went from there!
I had scraps of It's My Party DSP and then I thought of the star
I stamped the wreath like circle as well as the Happy Birthday
sentiment from You're So Lovely stamp set
and then mounted on a star die cut. Fun!
I have several birthdays for teens coming up so this another perfect card
for that age group!
