Just Add Ink 384 Thank You Daisy!

I love the colors in the inspirational photo!
I pulled out So Saffron, Bermuda Bay and Night of Navy.
I used a piece of watercolor paper to do a quick wash
of Navy and Bay for a background.
I stamped the flower from Daisy Delight with So Saffron on the same color
card stock twice and punched them out with the matching Daisy punch.
I colored a little with the light Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends marker
to shade in the center portion of the leaves.
I added a 1/2" circle of Bermuda Bay card stock to the center with a
glitter enamel dot.
I layered the water color paper onto a piece of So Saffron
card stock which I stamped the sentiments in Night of Navy.
All that was layered onto a of Bermuda Bay card base.
I hope you have a lovely day and can play along over at

TTTC022 Just For You!

I decided to go with bottom across for a cool box!
I used the 7/8" striped black and white ribbon,
Black on the bow, and the paper under the top one and I heat embossed
the tag in white on a Old Olive card stock with Merry Little Labels set.
I punched the tag out with the Everyday Label punch and tied it with
some black and white baker's twine.
For the top DSP, I used the Merry Little Christmas DSP which is
white with the black trees. I sponge rolled Old Olive ink over it to
make it green.  The bottom paper is the same DSP in another print.
The box is the cute pizza box which I left white.
I could use this dressed up box for any occasion!

Ready For Christmas Stocking

I love the striped stocking in Real Red. I stamped them in Basic Gray and
colored them with the Real red marker for the InkBig Design Team.
I cut those along with the bows and the Garden Green garland with the matching dies
called Christmas Staircase thinlits. I layered them
on the stairs I stamped from Ready For Christmas in Basic Gray
and then colored the rails in Smoky Slate.
I stamped two sentiments from the set that work together for a really cute card.
Just a little rhinestones on the garland for bling to finish it up!

Hope you have a blessed Sunday and thanks for stopping by!

Joy With Ready For Chrsitmas

This is one of several cards I designed for the InkBig design team.
I stamped the background trees in Lemon Lime Twist on Whisper White.
I stamped the the middle tree in Emerald Envy on Whisper White
and cut it out with the matching die.
I stamped the Joy In Cherry Cobbler from the sentiment in Sharing the Joy
from the same set Ready For Christmas.
I stamped several of the ornaments in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored
them with markers-Cherry Cobbler, Lemon Lime Twist and Crushed Curry.
I added some rhinestones I colored in Cherry as well for some bling.
I stamped the star and colored it with the Crushed Curry marker.
Hope you have a lovely day and thanks for stopping by!

FMS311 Merry Music Tree

I have been hoarding the plaid paper from the Merry Little Christmas DSP.
I decided I needed to use it soon and when I saw this sketch,
I knew what I was going to do right away.
I layered the plaid on a Basic Black base.
I stamped the tree from Season Like Christmas on a piece of the
Merry Music DSP.  I liked it with the music going up and down.
I stamped the Tree in Old Olive and the trunk in Memento Tuxedo Black.
I stamped the sentiment from the set on a piece of Old Olive
and cut it out with the wood looking die in the Mini Treat Bag framelits dies.
I will send this to a male relative for Christmas so I do not really add anything else.
I hope you can play along over at freshlymadekstches.blogspot.com

Good Tidings

I made this card at WCMD 2017 in Atlanta.
It was one of the make and takes we did at
the World Card Making  Day event last month in Atlanta.
It used  Good Tidings set stamped in Archival Basic Black over the top of
a baby wipe technique.  I used three different greens-Old Olive,
Emerald Envy and Lemon Lime Twist.
I stamped the wipe in each ink and applied to the card stock.
I went a little heavy on mine but really like the effect.
When I came home, I attached it along with some of the
black vintage crochet trim. I placed some gold sequins for some bling.
Hope you are inspired...have a great week!

Merry Monday 263 Hot Chocolate!

I did not have my eye on this set but it was a gift
at the WCMD 2017 event I attended.
I really like playing with it and so when I saw the photo for
Merry Monday I decided to play some more with the
hot chocolate!  Hot Chocolate or cocoa is the
only beverage I drink hot.
I love marshmallows in it also! I thin the little tree is so
cute so I had to add it to the mug!
All the images are from the set Hug in a Mug.
I stamped them in Chocolate Chip, Garden Green or Real Red
on a Whisper White Square. I layered it on a Real Red scallop square.
I grabbed my Wooden Textures DSP and added the wood for a the background
along with a Real Red gingham print from Quilted Christmas DSP.
I added some white baker's twine to finish it off.
Hope you can head over to play at
