Sweet Christmas Cheer

I thankfully borrow this bundle called Cup Of Christmas
from a friend and customer to make my third card
for Christmas card class next week.
I got inspiration from Julie Gilson over at stampingala.com
I started with a Shaded Spruce base and added the white card stock
ran through the Tufted emboss folder. I added the
stripes from the Wrapped In Plaid DSP and the
two more layers on top in Cherry Cobbler and white card stock.
I stamped on the white rectangle in Cherry Cobbler ink.
I cut the Shaded Spruce mug and added a poinsettia stamped in Golden Glitz
ink plus a candy cane cut from the same dies.
I finished it off with a gold pearl to center of poinsettia!

Hope you have a fab day and thanks
for stopping by!

Frosted Foliage

A little Seaside Spray and Pretty Peacock together for Christmas!
This makes a sweet second card for classes next week.
I started with the Seaside Spray base and added a strip of the
Feels Like Frosted DSP. I then cut the frame from
Frosted Frames dies in Peacock card stock and ran the ribbon called Seaside
Spray metallic ribbon around with a bow before popping it up on the background.
I added the white die cut from same die set
with the sentiment from First Frost set in Peacock ink.
I finished with two silver foil snowflakes cut from same dies
and a rhinestone in the middle of each.

Hope you have a wonderful week and thanks
for stopping by!

Christmas Snow Globe

Love the till Scenes bundle probably because I do
love snow globes!  This is the first card for November
Christmas card classes. I could have used several cool
dies in the globe but wanted my guest to color a little
and use the lovely house/cabin.
I used Real Red, Mossy Meadow, and Soft Suede
Stampin Blends markers for coloring.
I stamped the cabin in Memento Tuxedo Black ink
on white card stock and cut it with the matching dies
called Snow Globe Scenes. I stamped the globe in
Smoky Slate on white and cut it with the matching die
then popped my house/cabin up.
I cut the solid and the detailed base in Champagne foil.
I stamped the sentiment from the set in Real Red on white card stock
and cut it with the Stitched Rectangle die.
I layered these on the piece of vellum and then on a piece
of Real Red embossed with the Stylish Scroll folder.
I added to another piece of white and a Mossy Meadow base.

Thanks for stopping by today and
have a wonderful day!

Celebrate Snowflakes

I designed this card for classes coming up but then decided to go another
route as I was not feeling this one for my class.
But it was fun to make as I cut the shimmer white card stock
and then spritzed the paper with a combo of rubbing alcohol and 4 drops
of Balmy Blue re-inker. The alcohol helps to to dry fast.
I then stamped the dots stamp from Peace Boughs in Balmy Blue ink
over it for more texture.
I cut 2 sets of the Balmy Blue snowflakes from Christmas Layers dies
and 4 Night of Navy snowflakes for a little more color.
After I popped them on the background I layered it on a piece of
thick Whisper White card stock for the base.
I stamped the sentiment from Itty Bitty Christmas set in Night of Navy ink
on the white strip and pooped it up over the snowflakes.
I finished it off with the metallic silver pearls.

Thanks for stopping by today and have a
wonderful week!

CTS346 & FF0046 Golden Glitz Reindeer

No photo description available.

Love the sketch from Casethissketch.blogspot this week and
fun picking from the list for festivefridaychallenge.com
I picked stitching, texture and green for this festive Christmas card.
I stamped my deer from Dashing Deer set in Golden Glitz ink and cut it
with the matching Detailed Deer dies.  I popped him on the Cherry Cobbler
label from Beautiful Boughs dies and a strip of Wrapped in Plaid
DSP before laying all on a piece of Shaded Spruce embossed
with the Stylish Scroll folder.
I layered these on a white base. I cut the sentiment
from the Stitched Rectangle dies in white and stamped in Cherry Cobbler
from same Dashing Deer set.

Hope you can play along over at both challenges and thanks
for stopping by today!

PP466 Gather Together

I wanted to do some copper embossing on my leaves
and this wood element challenge from Annie Marie was the perfect time.
I cut my leaves from Cherry Cobbler card stock with the Gathered Leaves dies.
I then added a bit of VersaMark ink to them randomly and poured my
copper emboss powder on and used the heat tool to set.
I popped them up on the wood print from Come To Gather DSP
and layered with Cherry and a Early Espresso base.
For the sentiment, I stamped it from Come Together set in Cherry
on white card stock and cut it with the Ornate Frames dies.
I did the same for the Espresso layer as well as the copper foil.
Love the rustic look.

FMS409 Christmas Cheer In Copper

I did not go for the square card this time but I do like to make them.
I used the Brightly Gleaming DSP with the copper stars and wanted to
cut a copper foil deer from the Detailed Deer dies.
I added the strip of DSP to the Very Vanilla background ran embossed
with the Subtles emboss folder. I added those to the Night of Navy base.
I cut a Navy circle and pooped my foil deer on and added a vanilla and copper bow.
I stamped the sentiment in Celestial Copper ink on Vanilla from
Itty Bitty Christmas and cut it with a Ornate Frame die.
