Merry Christmas Patterns!

Using the same DSP from Christmas Around the World as I did yesterday.
I stamped the candles from Merry Patterns stamp set and the second stamp to
"color them in" I used Real Red and Pool Party.
Love these two colors together!
I stamped the sentiment in red
and added some Pear Pizzazz branches around the oval.
I added some bling with the Real Red mini tinsel trim behind!

Hope you have a blessed day and thanks for stopping by!

Joy To The World

I pulled some Christmas Around the World DSP for the background
because it looks like snow. I layered the DSP on a piece
of thick Whisper white for the base.
I then layered a piece of Whisper White cut with the oval
for a window and added the silver foil dies.
I stamped the sentiment (which was why I bought this set) in Versamark
and heat embossed it in silver emboss powder.
I added some silver sequin for more bling!

Hope you have a lovely day and thanks for stopping by!

FabFri122 Gather Together With Vintage Leaves

I stamped these leaves in each of the challenge colors
then I was not sure what I was going to do with them
after I cut them out with matching dies.
I then thought of the Wood Textures DSP and place it behind the leaves.
I still wanted some texture so I used my Burlap background stamp.
I stamped it in Tranquil Tide on the Tranquil Tide base.
I used the sentiment from Painted Harvest and stamped it also in Tide.
I hope you can play along with the color challenge over at

TTTC017 The Light The Shepherds Saw

For this challenge, I picked the middle row down
with Open, Circle, Glitter Paper.
I used two shades of blue for a color challenge also.
I place the star set on the Whisper White stitched circle and layered a
Night of Navy circle behind.
The bottom star is cut in Pool Party card stock
and then a silver glitter paper star on top.
I love the sentiment from Star of Light set that I stamped in Navy.
I started to stamp somethings behind the circles but when I laid
it all together, I liked the clean look.

FMS307 Christmas Blessings

After my Christmas card classes this week, I had some dies cuts
leftover and so I arranged them to make a center piece looking arrangement
 for the sketch challenge.
Most of the pieces are cut with the Pretty Pines thinlits dies and the wreath
looking die is from the Swirly Scribbles thinlits dies.
I used a sweet sentiment  and pine cones from the Christmas Pines set.
I hope you can play along with the sketch challenge over at

Christmas Open Card Holders For Class

I used retired DSP to decorate these cute open ended boxes for guest
to carry their cards home from my Christmas card classes this week.
Garden Green and Cherry Cobbler were mixed for these.

The deer is from the Santa's Sleigh thinlits dies
with some silver cording tied in a bow.
I got these boxes from Sam Hammond aka Pootles over at
pootles.uk.co

Start with a piece of 8 1/4"x 11" piece of card stock.
Score on the long side at 5 1/4" and 7"
Score on short side at 1 3/4" and 6 1/2"
cut in for the flaps and assemble..so easy.
You can make larger ones too to hold large dies.
These hold the 10 cards from class and their envelopes
or they can hold regular size emboss folders.

Hope you enjoy your day and thanks for stopping by!

GDP106 Rejoicing!

Lots of reflection going on with all the silver but that
is a silver foil star up there.
I started with the Night of Navy circle and Whisper White stitched circle
because they were laying on my desk from another project last week.
When I saw the sketch, I remembered these and stamped the
sweet couple in Night of Navy and popped them with the
Silver foil star on the circle.
I added silver behind and the sentiment from the same set on
Whisper White in Night of Navy ink.
I finished it off with a few silver sequin pieces.

I like the layout and always love navy and silver together.
Hope you can play along with this great sketch over at

Have a lovely day and thanks for stopping by!
