CTS352 Hello Lily Pad and Happy Last Day of 2019

Yes, I am back from a NYC Christmas.
I was wonderful mostly for the time spent just the four of us.
But all that walking--hope I lost some weight!
Happy Last Day Of 2019!
A new decade is upon us!

Fun sketch over at casethissketch.blogspot.com
This looks a little funky!
I thought about making the water for the sketch and using
my lily pad and lily from the new Lovely Lily Pad set.
I stamped the outline of the water in Bermuda Bay
on the white background. I colored it with Pool Party ink
and the other side of the stamp. I also stamped the lily pad
in these colors and cut it out with the matching die.
I stamped the lily on Petal Pink in Melon Mambo ink
and cut it out withe matching die.
I added a Melon Mambo outline lily die behind plus stamped the
hello from Timeless Tulips in Mambo ink.
I added it to the Mambo base.
I finished it off with some pink rhinestones.
A fun card I will send my mom this week.

Happy a wonderful and safe New Years Eve!
Thanks for stopping by!

Celebrate With Honey Bee

My first time playing with the Honey Bee bundle
from the new mini catalog that starts January 3rd, 2020.
I decided to cut the detailed honeycomb die in white card stock
and lay it down in two places on the white background piece
and I sponged Pineapple Punch ink on to make a stenciled image.
I then layered my stencil behind the hive I stamped in
Mango Melody ink an cut with the matching die.
I stamped the bees in Memento Tuxedo Black
and then cut again with the matching dies.
I colored them with the Pineapple Punch Stampin Blend.
I added the sentiment in Black from the same set and then
layered t to the white base.

It was a quick card as I did not have to think about the
colors or card stock.
BTW- there is a beautiful designer paper that matched this bundle
in the SAB-sale-a-bration brochure that starts in  January also.
But I just could cut into it yet but soooon! Ha!

Hope you have a beautiful day!
Thanks for stopping by!

I will be headed to NYC for Christmas this weekend
through the next weekend so no post next week!
Have a Merry Christmas from me to you!

Lovely Lily In Corals

Yesterday's card and this one are inspired by Artisan Design Team
member Angela Meiritz-Reid over at stampingbeauty.blogspot.com
You can see her cards here.

Here is the other lily I water colored at the same time as yesterday's card.
I stamped the lily, the pad, and the leaves in VersaMark ink
on water color paper in white emboss powder.
I cut them with the matching dies and colored them with my aqua painter.
I used Calypso Coral, Mango Melody and Petal Pink on the flower.
I used Granny Apple Green for the pad and leaves.
I also cut the detailed die in the water color paper just for thickness.
I could have added some color to it.
I stamped on the background with my Mango Melody ink and the
Artisan Textures stamp set. Bling was added in Pumpkin Pie rhinestones.
I layered on apiece of the lovely Lily Impressions DSP and then
a white card base.
Sweet card and I left the sentiment off so can use for any occasion.

The Lovely Lily Pad set and the matching dies called Lily Pad dies
along the Lily Impression DSP can all be earned for free when
SAB (sale-a-bration) starts in January 2020.

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a wonderful Thursday!

Lovely Lily In Pinks

My cards today and tomorrow are inspired by Artisan Design Team
member Angela Meiritz-Reid over at here

I sat down to water color some of these images from the
Lovely Lily Pad set in the SAB (sale-a-bration) brochure.
I have this card and another one for you tomorrow.
I stamped on water color paper in VersaMark ink
the lily, the lily pad and two leaves. I heat embossed them in white.
Yes, it was hard to see!
I then water colored then with my aqua painter.
The flower was done in Lovely Lipstick, Flitry Flamingo and
Petal Pink inks. The pad and leaves in Call Me Clover.
I cut them with the matching dies called Lily Pad dies.
Both the stamp set and dies you can earn for free during
SAB starting Jan. 3rd. 2020.
I then stamped the texture stamp from
Artisan Textures set in VersaMark
and heat embossed in gold emboss powder on white card stock.
I added the panel of white to a white base.
I added some gold thread behind plus a few gold pearls.
I liked it with no sentiment on the front so can use for any occasion.

Hope you have a blessed Wednesday
and thanks for stopping by!

CTS73 A Christmas Thank You

These two cards are the same but I placed the gold bow
in different places. I need to make a few Christmas thank
you cards for a customer and decided to easily cut from the
designer paper called Christmastime Is Here and use
the lovely sketch from casethissketch.blogspot.com this week.
So I cut the rose image right from the paper plus a large scallop
circle from another one of the prints. I added the lattice
detail die in gold foil and then stamped the sentiment from
Painted Glass set in VeraMark ink and heat embossed
in gold emboss powder on a white Ornate Frame die.
I made a cut gold bow and tried it in two places and decided
to make one card with by the sentiment and the other towards
the circle die. I place all on a Cherry Cobbler background
embossed with the Subtles emboss folder and finished with a white card base.

Hope you have a wonderful Tuesday
 and thanks  for stopping by!

FF0049 Merry Christmas Gift Tag

I had a customer contact me on Thursday night and ask me to make
15 Christmas gift tags for her along with some cards.
I wanted to say no because I was all done with Christmas projects
but I made ones for her last year and she loved them plus I could
use the money for shopping on my trip to NYC this weekend!
(Yes, we are spending Christmas in NYC this year!)

I used it with the festivefridaychallenge.com this week
and used ornaments, metallic paper and interactive(gift tag to hang on a bag)!
I got my inspiration from Kimberly Myers at stampinwithkim.wordpress.com

I used a Very Vanilla base with the Stitched Nested Labels dies
and the same dies for the design print called Brightly Gleaming DSP.
I stamped the small ornament from Christmas Gleaming
in Pretty Peacock ink and punched out with the matching punch.
I punched the larger ornament in another designer paper print from same
paper pack. I added them to a Stitched circle die in Peacock
and a scallop copper foil circle. I stamped the sentiment from
same stamp in VersaMark and heat embossed in copper emboss powder.
I hand snipped it out. I finished it off with a hole punch
and Vanilla woven ribbon for the tie and a rhinestone in Peacock.

Hope you have a happy Monday!
Thanks for stopping by!

Thank You Sweet Bird

I needed a quick thank you so pulled out my
Free As A Bird set plus the matching paper.
I stamped the bird in Early Espresso ink on white card stock and
and snipped him out. I colored him with the Stampin Blends
markers in Pool Party, So Saffron, and a little Calypso Coral.
I stamped the flower in the same ink and colored with Calypso Coral.
I cut it out and popped it up.
I stamped the leaves in Old Olive on the white label cut from
the Beautiful Boughs dies from the holiday catty and colored it with the
light Old Olive Blend marker. I added the sentiment in
Early Espresso ink and finished it with some pearls.
I popped it on the background I made with two prints from the
Bird Ballad DSP and a strip of Pool Party card stock which I added the
the Petal Pink base.
Sweet card!
Thanks for stopping by today and have a lovely day!
