FMS264 Spirits Bright!

I started the layout with the Fancy Frost Specialty DSP and my sponge rollers.

I rolled on the Island Indigo, the Pool Party and the Soft Sky inks. 

Then stamped the snowflake in Soft Sky with the sentiment in Indigo 

over the top.  Both stamps from the Tin of Tags stamp set.

I bought the in Of Tags stamp set thinking it would be good when I do my tags class

in Dec but it has been very versatile!

I added a little bling with the 1/8" silver ribbon.
