GDP209 Winter Wishes

I love these skates. I decided to play with this Free Skate bundle after I made the
card from yesterday's post with these same colors for the
global-deign-project.com
I stamped the skate twice in Memento Tuxedo Black on white card stock
and colored them with the Stampin Blends
markers- Soft Suede, Smoky Slate, Real Red. I cut them out with matching dies.
I also cut the holly stamped on white in Black ink and colored with
Real Red and Call Me Clover Stampin Blends
and the long greenery in Call Me Clover with same dies.
I added these on the shimmer white background water colored
with Blueberry Bushel ink. I layered those on a piece of Real Red and
then another white piece before the Call Me Clover base.
For the sentiment, I stamped it on the Real Red label from the Ornate Frames dies.
I did run it though twice to make the die shorter in length for my sentiment.
I stamped with VersaMark ink and used white emboss powder to
heat emboss.

Hope you have a wonderful day!
Thanks for stopping by!

GDP209 Gleaming Ornaments

I stared into the abyss for a while as I tried to think of what
to do with this color combo.
It is three bright colors together so thought was necessary!
I decided the ornaments would work beautifully.
I grabbed my Christmas Gleaming stamp set and stamped the
large ornament on white and Real Red card stock and use the matching punch.
I also punched out a small ornament in Blueberry Bushel foil paper.
I added these to the water colored background in Blueberry on
shimmer white card stock. I stamped the sentiment from same set
in Blueberry on white card stock and hand snipped it out.
I hand snipped the holly after stamping on white in Memento Tuxedo Black.
I colored it with Stampin Blends markers in Real Red and Call Me Clover.
I layered all on a piece of Blueberry Bushel foil and then a white base.

Hope you can play along over at global-design-project.com
this week!

A Plaid Season's Greetings

I am casing a card from the 2019 Holiday catalog on page 15
using the Peaceful Boughs bundle along with the Wrapped In Plaid DSP.
I grabbed a design of paper with mostly Shaded Spruce Green and a bit of gold
ad white going through then layered on the white base.
I cut the pine cones in Early Espresso for the solid shape and Soft
Suede for the detailed pine cone. I cut the label from the same dies called
Beautiful Boughs dies and stamped the greenery in Spruce ink
and the sentiment in Cherry Cobbler ink.
I made a Cherry twine bow to the top of my pine cones.
Really a cut but quick card!
Hope you enjoy your day and thanks for stopping by!

Joyful Christmas

I played more with the Toile Tidings DSP and the large
ruched ribbon in Real Red. I layered the designer paper on a
piece of Real Red and then a Garden Green base.
I ran the ribbon around before attaching.
I cut the Stitched Nested Labels dies in Green and Very Vanilla
and stamped the Beauty & Joy topiary on in Smoky Slate for the
pot, Garden Green for the leaves/holly, and Real Red for the holly berries
along with Soft Suede ink for the branch/trunk.
I added a red rhinestone to the top of the tree for some bling.
I cut the circle with the Layering Circles dies in Vanilla and Red(scallop).
I added more red rhinestones for more bling of course!
I stamped the sentiment from the same set in Real Red.

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a lovely 1st Day of October!

FabFri173 Love & Peace

Fun sketch over at Fabfridaystampinchallenge.blogspot.com
I just received some of this suite from my friend Linda Heller
over at lindastamps.com
She sent me several 6"x 6" pieces of the DSP called Toile Tidings
along with some Garden Green 3/8" stitched ribbon, Real Red 1" ruched ribbon,
and Toile Tidings glitter enamels dots.
I had not bought any of this suite so was excited to play with them
and saw they would be perfect for the sketch challenge.
I used a Garden Green base and layered a piece of Real Red card stock
before adding the adorable print of Toile Tidings in Very Vanilla and Real Red.
I cut the stitched circles with the Stitched Shapes dies
in Real Red and Garden Green.
I added the Green stitched ribbon to the bottom.
I then cut the words Love and Peace out where I had stamped them
on Very Vanilla from the set called So Many Stars. I also used the
& sign stamp in Memento Tuxedo Black stamped right on the red circle.
I think these words go well with the scenes on the designer paper!
I finished off with a row of pearls under Peace.

Hope you can play along with the sketch challenge this week!
Thanks for stopping by!

PP461 Pumpkins Of Thanks

My fav challenge is always a Tic-Tac-Toe!
Thanks Jaydee for the challenge today!
I chose the diagonal fall, die-cut, pumpkin.
I used the fall themed Come To Gather DSP along with the
bundle of Gather Together stamp set and Gathered Leaves dies.
Yes, this bundle has the cutest pumpkin stamps and dies.
Not to mention the awesome leaves!
I started with a Pretty Peacock base and added Early Espresso card stock
then the Designer Paper with pumpkins.
I added the strip of Peacock and Espresso across the background.
I stamped the large leaf and the pumpkins in Espresso ink.
I cut them with those matching dies.
I cut the detailed leaves also with Espresso and Peacock card stock and tucked them in.
I colored the pumpkins with my Stampin Blends markers
in Pumpkin Pie, Ivory, and Soft Sea Foam.
I stamped my sentiment from same set in Peacock on Whisper White
and cut it out with the Stitched Nested labels dies.
I finished it off with some Crumb Cake thick twine.

Hope you enjoy your Sunday!
We are out eating & drinking our way around the world today!

CTS341 Christmas Time

CTS341

Love plaid and wanted to cut into this one print which is
a perfect background for my snowman and this sketch!
I cut the paper called Wrapped in Plaid DSP with my Stitched Rectangle dies.
Same for the white card stock I layered it on before adding the the
Cherry Cobbler base. I cut a strip of white with the curve die from
In The Woods dies and stamped the sentiment from the host set
called Greatest Part of Christmas in Memento Tuxedo Black.
I stamped the snowman from Snowman Season stamp set
in Black and punch him out. I also punched out the stick arms
in Soft Suede and the hat in Basic Black. I hand cut a strip of
Cherry to add to the hat.
I stamped the hat from the set and hand snipped the holly
plus colored it with Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler
Stampin Blends markers before adding the the top hat.
I colored the snowman with the Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black and
Smoky Slate Stampin Blends markers.

Love how this card turned out.  Hope you can play
