FMS310 Plaid Merry Patterns

I have been wanting to use this set called Merry Patterns more so
I knew when I saw the sketch challenge I would make it work!
I stamped the candles in Memento Tuxedo Black and then
stamped over with the patterns inside in Real Red.
I used both the Crushed Curry and Peekaboo Peach markers
 for the flames.
I cut the images with sentiment out with the stitched shapes framelits
in Very Vanilla. I layered it on a rectangle of Real Red.
I then added some plaid from Christmas Around the World DSP on
a Basic Black. I then thought of what to add beside
the image and then thought about some of the extra
Old Olive pines and a Natural gold bow in my scraps.
I also added a gold year of cheer embellishment as well to finish it off.

Hope you can play along with the freshlymadesketches.blogspot.com
this week
Thanks for stopping by!
