A Wedding Card With Countryside Inn

I have a wedding shower to go to in a few weeks and the theme is blue and we even need to wear blue so I made a lovely blue wedding card. I have a Night of Navy base and the a layer of Countryside Inn DSP and then a piece of Boho Blue card stock layered with a piece of Night Of Navy that I heat embossed in white embossing powder. I grabbed the long retired stamp set called This Day Forward which happens to be my only wedding like set. I stamped the image and the sentiment in VersaMark ink and used my heat tool. I stamped a few butterflies from the set on the envelope in Boho Blue ink and inside i stamped Congratulations and more butterflies in same ink.
Hope you have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!

Class Of 2024 Grad Cards

My son needed 5 grad cards for friends graduating this coming weekend from UCF (University of Central Florida) so I cranked out these cute cards using Basic Black as the base and a layer of Wild Wheat card stock which works good for a gold shade. I then cut a white panel to stamp the sentiments on with Memento Tuxedo Black ink with the Cap & Gown stamp set from the spring mini catty. I then cut the gold foil numbers with the Large Numbers dies which are retired to pop on the front. I stamped the inside on white with Wild Wheat ink as well as black. Quick and easy cards!
Hope you have a fab week!

PP683 Thinking Of Zinnias

I am so excited to play with Ann's tic-tac-toe challenge this week over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com that I made this card and another for tomorrow! I went diagonal with flowers, fun fold and ribbon for this Z fold card using the lovely Flowering Zinnias DSP. I have the base in Fresh Freesia and inside added a layer of Blackberry Bliss and white card stock. On the front fold, I added the strip of one print of DSP. I then added another print cut with the Deckled Rectangle dies along with a piece of Blackberry Bliss card stock. They are popped up on the fold after attaching a piece of Fresh Freesia open weave ribbon to the back. I did added another piece of same ribbon under the layers inside right so it can be tied shut. I added the sentiment from the Season Of Chic set stamp in Blackberry Bliss ink on a white stitched oval die.
Hope you have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!
Come back tomorrow to see another card from the challenge!

Hello There

Today I am sharing a card I made for a challenge from Brian King (stampwithbrian) and Emma Goddard (coastalcrafter) who put together the Super-Awesome Fun Kits I buy about once a month. For March, they did a kit around the Bright & Beautiful memories & more kit cards and stickers. They challenged us to make a card from the pieces we did not use for their creations/designs. Here is my card with a Calypso Coral base and a layer of white card stock then a card from the pack. I used another card the cut the sentiment with the flowers and another to cut the strips underneath. I added a bow and dots from the extras they provided in the kit to finish off. This pack of cards and stickers made some awesome cards and no stamping was involved. Hope you have a brilliant day and thanks for stopping by!

Love Your Way With Lovely & Sweet

I am doing a little casing of thecraftycarrotco.com today and another tomorrow. I have a white base and another white piece of card stock ran through the Cane Weave embossing folder plus I used my blending brush to run a little Fresh Freesia ink over it. I then stamped the large image from the Lovely & Sweet set in Early Espresso ink on white card stock twice. I colored the flowers with my Stampin Blends markers in dark Fresh Freesia and light Highland Heather. When I cut them out with the matching dies, I also cut lots of Espresso and Freesia flowers to pop on. I stamped the sentiment in Espresso ink on Fresh Freesia card stock and cut with the label die from the Lovely & Sweet dies. Fresh Freesia open weave ribbon was added behind and I finished off with the purple fine shimmer gems.
Hope you have a lovely Monday and thanks for stopping by!
