Petal Palette In Pool Party

Love the Petal Passion suite!
This is my second card for classes this next week.
I decided to show it with Pool Party but there are so
many colors to go for with this set.
I colored the roses with my Pool Party and Old Olive markers
after I stamped the image on Whisper White in Memento Tuxedo Black.
I used the matching die cut to cut it and pop it on the Whisper White oval.
Same with the cute bird except I colored him with the
So Saffron marker.
The sentiment is from the same set
and cut with the label die in the Petals & More thinlits dies.
I used the same die set from the pretty detailed die in Pool Party
to give it some texture.
I ran a panel of Petal Passion DSP down the side of the Pool Party background.
I finished it off by layering it on a thick Whisper White base.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. So beautiful, Windy! I love the colors you've used and this sweet bird perched on this trio of flowers. A very sophisticated project!

    1. Thank You! Hope my guests like it in class this week!

  2. If I would come to this city again, I would be all over these San Francisco venues. We ordered Spinach artichoke dip at the server's suggestion and it was absolutely delicious.
