For You With Seashells

 

I wanted to play with the seahells and this awesome background paper called New Horizons DSP together. I added the paper to the piece of Blackberry Bliss card stock and a Very Vanilla base. I stamped the shells from Friends Are Like Seashells on Very Vanilla cards tock in Crumb Cake, Rich Razzleberry and Polished Pink inks and hand snipped them out. I also stamped the sentiment from the set in Rich Razzleberry ink on Vanilla and punched it out in a 1 1/4" circle punch. I grabbed my Sea dies and cut a few stems in Rich Razzleberry cards tokc as well as Blackberry Bliss card stock. I finished eith some opal rounds for bling.

A Flowering Mother's Day

 

I made this card for my step-mom for Mother's Day. She loves gardening and flowers and thought she would love this set. I stamped the boots from Flowering Rain Boots set in Balmy Blue ink right on the designer paper called You're A Peach DSP. I cut them out with the matching dies called Rain Boots dies. As well as the tulips stamped in the new Sweet Sorbet ink and the stems stamped in Pear Pizzazz ink.  I popped them up on a piece of white card stock cut with the Scalloped Contours dies and blended with Balmy Blue and Pear Pizzazz inks. I layered it on a piece of the same designer paper and a white base. I stamped the sentiment from the Daffodil Daydream set in Sweet Sorbet ink on white card stock and cut it out with the Stitched Rectangle dies. I added a few sequins for bling.

Pretty In Pink Gift Bags

 

I decorated some pink gift bags I bought on Amazon for my guest to carry their cards home from classes this week. I used some retiring paper called Parttern Party DSP in black and white polka dots and the punched out a Basic Black circle with the 3 " circle punch. I stamped the floral inage in Mmento Tuxedo Black ink from the Hand-Penned Petal stamp set and colored in the image with matching stamps and Melon Mambo, Blushing Bride and Parakeet Party inks. I cut it out with the matching dies called Penned Flowers dies and added a pink pearl to finish it off.

FF0107 Waves Of Awesomeness

 

I am playing along the picks over at festivefridaychallenge.com with blue, patterned paper, embossing folder, and die cuts. I decided this would be an awesome Father's Day card for my last card for class this week. I used the Happy Father's Day sentiment from He's All That set inside. For the front, I used the Waves of Inspiration bundle along with the Waves Of The Ocean DSP. I started with the white base and then cut a Pacific Point piece ran through the Timeworn Type embossing folder. I cut a strip of DSP 2" x 4". I cut a 3" x 4" piece of white card stock and the stamped my big wave from the Waves Of Inspiration in Pacific Point ink. I stamped the sentiment in Night Of Navy ink on white card stock and cut with matching die from the Waves dies. I also cut out the bird/wood image with those dies after stamping it in Cinnamon Cider ink. I also cut the clouds in white cards tock along with the detailed parts to pop on the top.

A Little Paradise

 

I love the Paradise Palms bundle and love designing this card for card classes this month. I used a Sahara Sand base to keep it light. I cut the white background with the Stitched Rectangle dies. I stamped the bottom sand in Sahara Sand and Soft Suede inks. I then used my blending brush to add Coastal Cabana ink and Mango Melody ink. I stamped the sun in Mango Melody and the birds in Soft Suede ink. The birds are from the Waves Of Inspiration set. I then stamped my sentiment in Coastal Cabana ink on a piece of white card stock and cut it out with the All That dies. I used both a Granny Apple green and Soft Suede marker to add color to my palm trees and then stamped them on white to cut out with the Palm dies.

Seas The Day With Tahitian Tide

 

This fun Seas The Day card is my third card for classes this month and using the new Tahitian Tide color. I used this new in color for the base and then cut the white to lay over the top with the Sea dies. I also cut a few Pool Party pieces of sea grass to add in. I then stamped the three sea creatures in Pool Party, Flirty Flaming and Pale Papaya inks and cut them out with the Sea dies. I stamped the sentiment in Tahitian Tide ink and cut it out with the 1 1/4" circle punch. I was going to add some bling but liked it like this!

This is my second card for classes this month and I wanted to use the Artfully Composed suite in the spring mini catalog. I grabbed a Just Jade base and added a print of the Artfully Composed DSP for the background. I then cut a strip of Calypso Coral to go across. I stamped the two large leaves from the  Artfully Layered stamp set on white card stock in Just Jade ink and Soft Sea Foam ink. I stamped the sentiment from the same set in Calypso Coral ink on the lighter leaf. I cut them out along with some Evening Evergreen leaves with the Tropical Layers dies. I added lots of the faux sea glass shapes around and finished off with a white twine bow.
