My Peony Thoughts

Stampin Up! Color Inspiration - Magenta Madness, Old Olive, Blackberry Bliss

I got this awesome color combo from my friend Brian King over at
stampwithbrian.com  You can see his post here on the new in colors combos.
I did some casing from page 84 in the new annual catalog.
I love the background and will have to make something like this again.
I ran a piece of white glimmer paper through the Tasteful Textile
emboss folder and then sprayed it with some water.
I washed it over with Blackberry Bliss ink with the aqua painter.
After dry, I stamped the small background stamp around the
edges in Blackberry Bliss.
I stamped the flowers and leaves on thick white card stock from
the Prized Peony set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink
and colored with the Magenta Madness, Old Olive and Daffodil Delight
 Stampin Blends markers.
I cut them with matching dies.
I then stamped the sentiment in Bliss ink on shimmer white
and cut it with the detailed round die from Tasteful Labels dies.
I added it all on the Blackberry Bliss card base.

Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday
and thanks for stopping by!
Windy

  1. I love this card, Windy! Whenever I think of purple, I think of you, so don't give me too much credit for this color combination. :) Either way, I love what you've done with it. ♥
