Hello Pumpkin For The Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month, the theme is Seasons’ Greetings. This month’s design team showcase projects inspired by their favorite seasonal time of the year. We really hope that you will be inspired by all the amazing creations the Pals are sharing with you! As you hop from blog to blog, we would love for you to leave a comment. You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

My favorite season is autumn/fall and I love to decorate for this time of the year. I pull out my pumpkin collection Labor Day weekend and enjoy it til after Thanksgiving. I live in Florida so the weather does not change really but I still love the fall colors. I also love to make fall cards but for the hop today, I was inspired to go with some light colors instead of dark royal ones.
I stamped my pumpkin and flowers from Hello Harvest set on shimmer white card stock with Stazon black ink and water colored them with my water painter in Mint Macaron, Calypso Coral, and So Saffron inks. I cut them out with the matching Rustic Pumpkin dies. I then stamped some of the leaves in Mint Macaron on a Mint Macron base in the corners. I layered a piece of vellum over it before popping up my images. I stamped the sentiment from the Cottage Wreath set in Stazon Black ink on shimmer white card stock and cut it out with a banner from the All That dies. I also cut some twigs from the Rustic Pumpkin dies in Mint card stock to add for texture plus the champagne rhinestones for bling.

More inspiration awaits, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. The Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Then, please mark your calendars for our next blog hop on [second Wednesday]. Our theme will be Focus on the Sentiment, when the design team will showcase a sentiment as the focal point of their project.

Until then, have fun in your craft space.
